There are some really great people here. They took really good care of me during my rehabilitation stay, the nurses, Hilary, Leah, and wound care Leah, Roberta, I will never forget. Awesome Cna staffing such good care takers, Laci, Amiyah, Abby, Jade and Breanna, Jerriika, and a few others I can't remember their names. Very awesome OT and PT Rochelle and Shelly thank you guys so much for all of your help. Resource Coordinator Melissa made sure everything I needed was set up for me by her before I got home. This is the place to put your loved one! A facility is only as good as its staff and these people are outstanding! You can rest easy knowing your loved one is in their care! No worries at all! My mom has been here a year and absolutely loves it! Everything about Assisted Living at Providence Village is great: the facility; food; staff; the beautiful chapel and gardens; the care given; the activities. My mom considers it her home. Residents are friendly and I see them laughing and having fun. I go several times a week at different times, and I have never been unhappy about any aspect of this beautiful, welcoming environment. I highly recommend Providence Village if you’re looking for a wonderful place for your loved one.

This is a truly hospitable and intimate place to live and work. For Catholics there is a chapel with a service everyday except Saturday. On Sundays there is an interdenominational service at 10:30 AM for all Protestant believers with music. I have been living here since September 27, 2023. Please come for a visit to see for yourself.

Providence Village is a wonderful place for rehab, long term care, independent or assisted living. We have had family and friends in different areas of this facility. Staff are caring and I feel really see this as a ministry. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. The facility is always clean. I would like to brag on Brandi Brown-Medlock. She went above and beyond working with me and my sister to get our parents into an adjoining room for long term care. She went above and beyond with helping with paperwork and difficult situations. She is amazing! I will be needing a knee replacement and plan on coming here for my rehab!

Two years living at Providence Village and very happy here. The staff and management really do love and care for us. The environment supports our needs. The residents are happy, enjoy being here, laugh a lot, and care for each other as in a family of choice. Without doubt, it's the best senior care system in the Waco area!!

The entire staff, from the aides & RNs to the social worker, activity director & support staff, have always been very supportive, caring & understanding with our mother over the past 3 1/2 years. This is especially true now that her health has declined even more over the past 5 months.

This is the most loving kindness caring group of people from the front to the back! My Son is here to rehabilitate from a Stroke and he says he likes the Rehab team! For me that’s saying a Lot Lot!! My Mom was also here in her transitioning to be with the Lord and they truly did help me in my time of grief! So if you ask me this is the Hilton of Rehabilitation, Nursing home, as well as Hospice! A+++++++

Very nice place! It's quite better than the previous Nursing home I went to. I'm a junior from Connally High School training to be become a CNA, and this is the perfect place to train. I come here on Thursdays at 8:30am to 11:30am. Everyone is so nice and respectful! The residents enjoy my company and I enjoy their company! It's just really great. Love it!!
