My mom recently spent her last days, weeks, and months as a resident of Vitality Court here in Victoria. The very amazing staff deserves recognition for their care and kindness, which exceeded my expectations every single day. Brenda and Candace helped us get settled, and felt like family right away. Cara and her incredible nursing staff provided the quality of care that made us feel comfortable knowing mom was in the best of hands. Yolanda, who regularly asked about her food preferences, insured that the chef prepared meals were just what mom wanted. Even the maintenance crew, headed by Donny, took care of all the smallest details, fixing the tv, and helping in way they could. Thank you Jason. You’re running an outstanding facility, and have a staff that can’t be beat. If a need should arise in the future for an assisted living facility, only Vitality Court would be considered.

Commitment...Dedication...Empathy...Professionalism...Collaboration... COMPLETE FACILITY TRANSFORMATION. Earlier this summer, we began searching for a new Senior Living facility for our parents. When we first considered Vitality Court Senior Living, the less than adequate PAST reviews, implied this facility may not provide our parents with the best quality of life. Immediately after touring the facility, meeting the remarkable staff, seeing the various activities and different levels of care they could provide, we were confident Vitality Court could meet ALL of our needs. We could easily tell there had apparently been a recent program and cultural redesign. The transformation began with the new Executive Director, Jason Ohrt. His top priority was clearly the health, safety, and well-being of the residents. This new leadership was compassionate and dedicated to recruiting and retaining only the best possible staff for Vitality Court. The new Wellness Directors at both the Assisted Living and Memory Care, have always been available to answer any questions and continually collaborate the best care options. Through the extraordinary efforts of the ENTIRE team, Vitality Court is committed to purposely building relationships with all patients and their families. This pledge to excellence has been evident not only from the directors, but also the entire office staff, and every caregiver providing services to our parents from DAY 1. We are truly grateful to the entire staff for the ongoing communication, determination, and genuine empathy Vitality Court Senior Living Community continues to offer our parents each and every day!

Today was our check in day for mom at Vitality Court. On a day that could have been very traumatic the entire staff was so very kind and courteous. Every single person went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered and that mom was as comfortable and welcomed as possible. Off to a great start. Bless you!! 5 stars!

Under a mandatory evacuation and a Cat 4 Hurricane heading straight for Victoria, trying to get our own houses and families taken care of, Vitality loaded up the residents on a bus and evacuated them safely to San Antonio where they stayed on the Riverwalk for over a week. As a family, we are so very thankful for Vitality. We didnt have to worry about mom or her needs. They were totally taking care of her. We realize you had to leave your families and homes to stay with the residents, not knowing what would happen to your own lives. Sincerely cant thank you enough. Hats off to all involved.
