Petal Hill Nursing is an older building, etc,. It has some probs associated with age as upkeep becomes more difficult. The wonderful thing about Petal Hill is the, people! They are wonderful to take care of my 88 yr old, bedfast, bro in law and 85 yr old sister that is, VERY, sure how she wants to be treated. She considers the staff, her friends, and knows them all by name and interaction. I am relieved and so much less stressed knowing my loved ones are genuinely loved and cared for.

I have visited Petal Hill on several occasions and it has such a pleasant atmosphere. The Lady at the front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly and always dress professionally. The Lady in social service, I saw her interacting with a resident and it brought me to tears because she treated this resident as if she was part of her own family and I loved that. I was visiting this business to see where I could possibly house one of my family members and just by seeing this I definitely will. It is also a clean place. Also the visitors restrooms are clean. Thanks Petal Hill for making this a pleasant experience each time.

This facility need their own movie/documentary, the staff and residents are hilarious!!!! 13/10 I'm going to tell Jesus to come here if he ever decides it's about that time for a nursing home. *see the jokes keep coming* I Love You Petal!!!!

So I was nervous at first coming to the facility because of the reviews. But after visiting and meeting wonderful staff and residents, I don't see what anyone that posted a review see. This place is the PERFECT example of what a Nursing & Rehab should be. I observed everything and questioned everything from top to bottom and it is exactly what I want for my dad. The CNA's where on point w/ care, the nurses knew what they were talking about, the administration staff all greeted me, there were back-up generators (one review said it wasn't), the receptionist seemed to be trained perfectly in customer service, the marketer was very handsome and a REAL professional. This place need to gone in FORBES or whatever you put places with the highest quality. Call me a caterpillar because I got butterflies!!!!

In memory care unit staff is attentive! But feel charge nurses need to be in an open desk area to be more accessible to residents & family. This would help communication both ways!

The weekend nurse Lexus and the weekday nurse Amanda are 2 of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. They take such great care of my brother and always take the time to let me know how he is doing and let me talk to him. I live in another state and it is so comforting to know he is being well taken care of. Shonda the social worker is very helpful as is Becca and Sarah.

I was there visiting my Aunt. From the moment I went through the doors, everyone was friendly and welcoming. My Aunt also was so happy!! The Nursing attendant that was with her group was so kind and attentive!! I felt good about her being there and so looking forward to seeing her again!!
