I can't say enough about the caregivers at The Heritage. My mother became a resident in March 2023, and they cared for her so well until she passed earlier this week. My mother was not an easy woman and could be downright mean. But the staff at the Heritage was always patient and kind with her. It is a very difficult job to care for those whose minds are weakened by age and disease, but they show up every day with a smile and a determination to make the lives of their residents as good as they can be. I appreciate everything y'all did for my mom.

Great community ! Albert is the BEST maintenance man in town & is a truly engaged leader of his community . On my visit to the community I was welcomed by him and given very helpful information to help me make my decision for my mom.

My husband and I knew from the moment we stepped into the Heritage that this was the place to love and care for my mom. They go over and beyond to compassionately love not only her but my family as well- keeping us informed and make any changes mom needs as she progresses with her dementia. I can truly say they function as a family and embrace everyone in this environment with love and laughter. Thank you for all that you do for us consistently.

Finding a just-right placement for a loved one was not easy journey. One year ago, I was blessed to have found a placement in The Heritage Memory Care residence for my husband. Every staff member is attentive, patient and most importantly, treats each resident as members of their own family. Daily activities and monthly special events are planned to meet the interests and needs of each resident. The design of The Heritage allows residents to move about freely within the facility or to enjoy nature in the enclosed, covered patio space. The facility is modern, clean and welcoming. Several family members have recently formed a "Booster Club" and plan bi-monthly activities with residents...not sure who has the most fun, the "club" or the residents...lots of laughter and hugs! Yes, The Heritage is my husband's home away from home.

I have had the pleasure of working with the wonderful staff at Heritage The Woodlands for four years. The community is perfect for anyone that needs the care provided by a memory care, but in a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I am thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention that the staff provides to its residents. In particular, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of the staff members, Karla and Abranna. Karla is incredibly knowledgeable about the programs and services offered. Her genuine concern for the well-being of the residents is clear, and I am confident that this community is truly committed to providing the best possible care. Abranna is also a pleasure to work with. She is attentive and goes out of her way to make sure that families are pleased and stay informed. She is courteous, professional, and clearly dedicated to her work. She also has a strong rapport with the residents, and it was evident that they appreciated his kind and compassionate approach. Overall, I highly recommend the Heritage, and would like to thank Karla and Abranna for their exceptional service. Their dedication and professionalism are a testament to the high standards of this community, and I'm confident that anyone who chooses to make this their home will be in excellent hands.

The time came for me to admit I could no longer care for my Love! Of course, I searched several options! When I found The Heritage Memory care, I just knew it was the right place! I have never been disappointed. My husband, Eric, has adjusted beautifully!! The Staff, from the managers down to the caretakers, are so loving, caring and attentive.....always! The facility is always clean and smells fresh! There are always activities for the residents! I would strongly recommend the Heritage Memory Care!

My husband Bill has been a resident at Heritage since last February. We moved here from Pensacola FL to be near our daughter and her family. He was in a memory care facility there as well. We have found The Heritage to be all that we had hoped for and more. The staff are a caring, positive group who truly enjoy what they do. There is a great variety of activities going on much of the day. The facility feels so homey and also is extremely clean. The food is excellent. We know Bill is in good safe hands. The Heritage is a happy place to be.

I toured six memory care facilities and felt The Heritage at The Woodlands stood out as the best mainly because of interaction between staff and residents was always very positive. My sister has been a resident there now for about three months and she calls it HOME. That's good enough for me!

My sister and I are so happy that we found The Heritage Memory Care for our mother. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are well taken care of, participate in activities and they answer any questions we might have. It is a hard decision to make regarding a parent but we feel as if we made the right decision!

Such a wonderful community! From the moment you walk through the door it feels like a home. Residents and staff are familiar and comfortable with one another. Their nutrition department cares and it shows in each meal. It is absolutely worth it to take a tour of this wonderful community! Thank you for all you do for your residents Heritage!
