Auberge is wonderful! My mother has been in several facilities and this one is the best by far. The staff is knowledgeable in the care of dementia but it is more than knowledge that gives this place such a great atmosphere.You will never see any of the staff using their cell phones or talking among themselves; instead they interact with the residents. Sometime the activity may be as simple as brushing hair or simply talking. The residents have activities throughout the day geared towards entertainment and also mental stimulation. They have outings, happy hour with entertainment, and drum circle. I am amazed at the participation of the residents.Auberge is spotless and the cleaning staff is to be commended on their tireless work. The food is excellent, the best I have experienced.I could go on and on. I have had some bad experiences elsewhere and my only regret is that I did not discover Auberge sooner!
