I miss you old. I'm sitting here waiting for someone to come light. Nobody's coming. So I got myself in bed tonight. And I paid money to stay here, and I'm getting no service, and I don't know what's up with that. But if they're not going to service me, why can't they find me somewhere else where I can't get the proper help I need? I don't understand it. I'll talk to the administrative time after time, and he's thinking not to do anything. I got into the residential. Today. And he did nothing about that.

Horrible place to work and not staffed. It’s more of a psych ward now than long term. Wish I could give them a zero star.

Working here, I would honestly recommend bringing your loved one fo us. Are we short staffed? Yes, as every other facility is at this time. But working together is a priority for all departments. PT is highly involved in caring for and restoring the health of residents as well as staying in touch with nursing staff when they see declines or improvements in health of the resident. All departments work together to make sure that residents are cared for, completely.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Please do not bring your loved ones to live here, they truly do not care about to well being of their residents or even their staff. They dont even have enough staff to take care of the residents Bad place to work at this time, administrator or the Don do not take care to the employees. If you value your licence or carrer I would wait tell they replace all the office people or sell to a different company because even the corporation don't care at all. It's been known that the Don an the Admistrator is racist an when the Admistrator step down she still going to be there as a social worker. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to work for a company that don't care about resident nor employee

It can be a taxing decision trying to decide where an elderly family member will live...we visited around town and our minds were made up...Mulberry Manor's secretaries, and nursing staff are the nicest and well trained in taking care of the elderly. And I thank them everyday for doing their best to take care of my little Mother...Cindy Parham
