I see patients at Grace and I have to say that this is one of my favorite Assisted Living Facilities to visit. The staff here treat the patients like family and the level of care is excellent. These patients are family to Lidia(owner) and you can see that in how she loves and cares for them. The caregivers- Eni, Julie and everyone else work with excellence. I would highly recommend this home for your loved one if you are looking for a home away from home.

We are so blessed to have found Grace which was the perfect fit for my mother-in-law. As her health declined, her care at Grace continued to meet my expectations where daily duties were performed with love, gentleness, and care. Lidia and her staff have been so kind, understanding, and supportive during Fran's time at Grace. We are forever grateful for a wonderful home like Grace.

My mom has been a resident at Grace now for two years and she LOVES it. She calls it her “Forever Home” starting with the owner to every single care attendant the love and service is exceptional for everyone who lives there. It’s nice because it’s larger than a personal care home and smaller than most assisted livings, allowing for the personal care needs of each resident. If your love one can no longer live alone take a tour of Grace you won’t be disappointed I promise. If you or they can’t be home then be at Grace Residential Care Home

Out of several care homes and residences that we have had our loved one in, this is by far the best facility that we have dealt with. The staff cares beyond compare and the facility is very clean and organized. We’ve been extremely happy with the decision to move our family member here and would highly recommend Grace Residential Care!

My mother encountered a stroke in 2021. We looked for a home for her to stay but wanted to keep away from the larger homes. When we found Grace, the tour said it all. Mom is treated with the most outstanding care. Such a wonderful staff, and the home is always kept top notch. This is a wonderful facility for home residential care.

My father was a resident at Grace Residential Care Home, Inc. Lidia Cozma, the owner, is very hands-on and present in the day-to-day operations of the home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lidia and her team. A family emergency made it necessary to move my dad to a care home. With Alzheimers disease, we knew the move would be hard for my dad; however, we didnt anticipate just how difficult it would be for him. Lidia was an angel and moved mountains to help my dad and our family. She never gave up on my dad. And she and her team worked very hard to help my dad regain stability and peace. It was always great to hear from my dad that he enjoyed living at Grace, and he loved the food. Lidias home is perfect for anyone who prefers a quiet, peaceful environment. What struck me most about Lidia and her team is that they genuinely care about their residents. They celebrate their milestones and treat their residents as individuals with unique and different needs. My family is eternally grateful for Lidia and her team for their wonderful care of my dad.

Highly recommend facility. During the years my parents have lived here they have been loved on and cared for extremely well, the owners and staff feel more like extended family. Facility is super clean, meals always prepared like you would at home, the employees are very sweet and helpful!

My 90 year old mother lives here. The staff takes very good care of her. She tells me it is a nice place to live and the girls who care for her are very good. The owner, Lidia, keeps me up to date on how mom is doing and sends me pictures of her participating in the many activities offered. I am also pleased with their response to this pandemic. While I miss seeing my mom face to face, I know these restrictions are for her safety and the safety of the residents. Good job Grace!

My mother has been at Grace for two years. Before it was a constant visit to ER and hospital admits. She has not been to either in those two years. She is happy and safe. Lidia and her staff do a great job and are on top of issues that may arise. I would recommend this establishment for your loved one.

Grace Residential was a godsend to my family. Wed had some issues with the last memory care facility that my mom was in and were desperate to find another place for her. In the last month shed declined rapidly and ended up in the hospital. At this point she couldnt have gone back to the previous facility anyway since they didnt have the right level of care available nor could she go back home with just my dad to look after her as he wanted to do. My brother and I knew that we had to find a place that not only had the right care for my mom but that my dad would feel comfortable with. Up until this point hed moved into the other facilities with her to make sure she was well taken care of - he hadnt been impressed. Lidia and her staff, however, are so caring and compassionate with each and every resident that Dad could feel confident that she was in good hands. Im so thankful that Mom was able to be here for the last 1 1-2 weeks of her life. My family cant thank Lidia enough for the care that her and her staff gave to my mom as well as my dad. Lidias honesty helped my dad face exactly how sick my mom was and to finally accept that she wasnt going to get better. As hard as its been, I feel much better knowing that Mom was in this wonderful place with compassionate and loving care, and that Dad was given as much peace of mind as possible in his unbearable situation.

Highly recommend this care facility for anyone who has and elderly loved one who can no longer care for themselves. The staff and owner are fully dedicated to health and well being of each one of the individuals at the facility. My mothers physical and mental health have increased 100% and she absolutely loves living here.

Lidia and the entire staff of Grace take excellent care of all their residents. As a hospice chaplain I visit there on a regular basis and each time the facility is always neat and clean, the home cooked meals smell wonderful. I would let them take care of me and my family......

We looked and looked for a place for my wifes father. When we visited Grace Residential and met Lidia and her staff we felt right away that our search was over. We couldnt ask for more loving and compassionate care. Hes really happy there and will tell you that hes being very well taken care of. Lidia Cozma with Grace Residential Care Home does an exceptional job. It is evident when you meet Lidia that her heart is really in this business. She cares about every senior and their family as if it were her own. As the owner of Find Houston Senior Care I visit many homes. This home is comfortable and always spotless no matter when I pop in. You can easily see that the residents are well cared for and cherished. I would not hesitate to send my own family or friends to Grace Residential Care Home.

Each time I visit my mother she tells me how wonderful everyone is to her at Grace Residential. She has been there nearly a year now and she is receiving the best of care. She was not walking when she first came and now she is and she enjoys her weekly excursions. She was very confused and suffered from frequent urinary tract infections and now I can say she hasnt had an infections since she has been there. The owners and staff are delightful and always very helpful. If my mother has a request they always do their best to accommodate her. Her room is always clean and tidy. We are truly blessed that we found such a wonderful place for my mother to receive such great care.

Grace Residential Care was a Godsend to my family. My mother was treated with love and respect for the nearly four years she was granted after being diagnosed with dementia. I always felt that we were part of the Grace family and that Mom was able to be with us much longer than she would have been, had she been placed in a traditional institutional setting. Lidia, Adrian and their wonderful care givers provided Mom with patient, loving care. I will forever be grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
