We are so happy to have found the folks at Comfort Keepers in Snyder. The office staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I do not live near my mom, but they made sure I was included in the whole process via FaceTime, phone and email. I’m also grateful for the online “Family Room” to help us all stay connected.

Has been a wonderful experience for us. Both my parents, Larry & Kelly, require more assistance than I can provide. Their caretaker, Mickey, has been a godsend. She cooks, cleans, goes shopping for and with them, spends time with them if they just want to talk, and much more. Honestly, she spoils them and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I have worked with Heather Beeman on getting my parents set up for services. The process with the long term health care policy has been frustrating, but the support Heather and Comfort Keepers have provided has been great. From the beginning, Heather made a home visit to my parents while I was there. She met them, got to know them and got all of the necessary information. They were both very comfortable with her. She has kept in touch with us and guided us through the entire process. She has been very prompt when she has received requests from the long term health care policy adjusters and has worked hard to get them all needed documents. We look forward to working with Heather and Comfort Keepers in the very near future as they care for my parents.

I have been with Comfort Keepers for a good while now, and I think the office staff is great !! I have a caretaker that I am very pleased with, I hope to keep her around for as long as I can.. My caretaker has gone above and beyond for me and has met all my expectations!! All in all Comfort Keepers is a great company!!!

We have had good communication with office staff. They regularly call to check on me and ask if I need anything. My home health care giver. Is very prompt, is good with communication. She is very polite, courteous. She is pretty good with handling me and keeping me safe from falls. I am 100% disabled and wheelchair bound. They complete many task around the house s part of the assistance. My caregiver is really good; just needs to slow down some. Well get there. I have been pretty satisfied for the four months I have been in their home he3alth services.

Comfort Keepers was so good with my grandma. They made the difficult decision of seeking extra help for my grandma very easy. They are kind and caring and go above and beyond for their clients.
