My mom has lived there during the pandemic, a period when such facilities have tremendous staffing challenges. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because at some points Preston Place, like others, has had to rely on temporary staff. That said, key staff have been wonderful in caring for my mom, especially the nurse Peggy and ever-present Dorothy, and Rebecca. Peggy, Dorothy, and Rebecca are wonderful and tireless. New staff members who I have met also seem excellent, but I don't know them as well yet. We have experienced none of the nightmares or chronic problems that one hears about assisted living facilities. Also, I visit almost every day and have never seen any interaction between a staff member and a resident that did not seem caring and appropriate.

I love this community. Some pf the nicest people I have ever met. They even have an Argentum national award winner for best care. Location is really nice, kind of secluded, and the food....let me just say Chef Phoebe is one of the best I have ever come across. They have not had anyone with Covod-19 and been working hard to stay that way. Great place!

There are not enough words to praise Preston Place, where our mother lived until she passed away in November.If you are looking for an extraordinary level of care, a high degree of professionalism, compassion, and a family-like environment, this is the place for your loved one. Special kudos go to the staff, who went far beyond the call of duty to take care of our mother (and us, her family). I would never have thought I could feel so enthusiastic about a retirement home for my mother. I wish we'd moved her there earlier!

I just love the area in which the building is located at......all nice and quiet,the layout as well but most of all its huge very very roomy,cozey..... almost feels like it could be my 2nd home,if i could live there......man i sure would.
