Very nice facility. Nursing staff is very friendly and responsive. Facility is very clean and offers many amenities for their residents. Thank you for your help training the next generation of nurses.

It is well nice kept clean. Friendly environment. My tia Amelia Villarreal is taken care very well. She is now seating up on the recliner and eating her three meals day. Tia was very active a while back in years. She hand green thumb growing plants. She worked in West Texas for many years. She raised to kids and granddaughter Kayla at 2yrs. She it a wonderful tia use. She came to house every weekend too. Visit to make caldo or menudo etc. She liked to shopping a hobby lobby & Michael store. She did India crafts. She was a happy person & helped everyone. I love my tia,she's like a grandma to us also. If I would be close by help take care of her every day. Love you very much tia. Love Juanita A Zepeda & Family

As I have commented before, while working as a hospice community liaison, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the staff at Sorrento on many occasions and have known several patients there! It is beautifully designed and decorated! Everyone is always smiling, helpful, and caring! I find myself stopping by for a hug and a smile! I have gotten to know the Social worker, Vanessa, very well, and I can tell you, she has a heart for what she is doing. Vanessa is available and attentive with each of her residents. She fills the position with heart, knowledge, and caring. The activities director, Alexis, is a precious soul! She plans engaging events, and the residents love her! I get to celebrate their birthdays with them, and I absolutely love how excited everyone gets! We are all kids at heart when it comes to cake and ice cream! Everything is so clean and orderly, and it smells fantastic! I love to visit Sorrento!

The ADON, Esther, goes above and beyond every day. She is kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive. The residents are always treated with compassion, and it shows in everything she does.

The staff at Sorrento are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every department from the beginning process starting with Felisha Cantu the CRC, to the Finance Manager Brenda Pardon. Both are very knowledgeable and detail oriented in all aspects of their respective roles. The Nursing Department is very caring and it starts with Frank the DON, followed by the supportive Nurse managers and staff. The building is run very efficiently by both Rita Adams the ED, and her assistant Melinda Rexius.
