Friendly staff and great management. They take wonderful care of my MIL and always let us know how she’s doing, when we come to visit. They always get the residents involved with activities, and treat them with the love and respect they deserve.

Since my mom has been here she has been so happy. The staff knows her by name and what she might need. My mom loves Diane, Nowrin and Tiffany, just to name a few of the wonderful, special and loving people who work there to keep a safe and happy place for the residents. Lots of daily activities clearly identified in a monthly schedule page available to us, clean facilities and on top of that the food is delicious!!! On top of all that Norwin organizes a monthly support group for us. Relevant topics for us to learn, meet each other, share our stories as well as a delicious brunch. I am so happy that my mom is happy and she tells me so. If mom is happy, I am happy!!! Thank you Poet's Walk.

As a driver technician for a Medical Supply Co, Jenny was so very helpful in my arrival. I noticed she was very attentive to other Patients and co-workers. She also went above and beyond in trying to locate a device for me. She has a friendly attitude and definitely a good work ethic! Thank you!

Poets Walk is a very nice place. My friend that just moved in seems happy and since she’s shy, is always encouraged to participate in all activities. ALL staff, care partners, and Activity Life enrichment team working directly with the residents are excellent and are very loving toward the residents. They just seem to be a little understaffed, like most places these days. Maintenance is good, not that we have needed them, and set up my friends TV when we couldn’t. Meals look good and residents seem to enjoy their food. I’m not sure about evenings as I’m usually here until supper. Front staff are very friendly especially when she moved in. Unfortunately we never did get to meet the Executive Director.

Poets Walk was the most kind and caring place for residents. They took the time to learn about mom, and found ways to interact her that gave her purpose. The activity directors created custom activities to engage each resident. I could not have given her a more dignified, social environment. She loved the onsite salon and nail polish activities. Her life continued to have purpose and she had fun while there. Mom made new friends and was safe. They took excellent care of my mom, and helped educate myself and my family about caring through the journey.
