I toured Madison Estates. The personnel were very nice. I can't think of anything that I dislike. The community was very clean, organized, and welcoming. Everybody seemed happy and pleasant, and it's like they had a lot going on for the residents.

I brought my Mom here to visit with Josie and view the apartment that is available to my Mom. Josie was very informative, knowledgeable and easy to talk to-answered all of our questions. I was a bit concerned with the smell of smoke in the hallway since my Mom is highly allergic to cigarette smoke. That is my only drawback from our visit.

Have visited the Madison quite a few times several years ago when a good friend was living there. Recently another friend was looking for an apartment at a senior residence, so of course i suggested the Madison. On every one of my previous visits the food was excellent and all the staff and residents were friendly. During our visits for my friend to complete her paperwork, things were not quite the same, if anything this was even better than i had remembered!! So happy for my friend, and now i likely will get an apartment there as well. It is particularly noteworthy that there have been ZERO cases of anyone falling ill with the virus! Very impressive! So, yes, they all definitely deserve my enthusiastic recommendation, and special thanks to Josie, our vacation planner!

If you or someone you know is searching for a quality senior independent living community for a loved one to call home, Id like to personally recommend you pay a visit to Madison Estates in San Antonio, TX. A couple of years ago, when my siblings and I were looking for a safe, comfortable place where our senior dad could live after selling the family home, we chose the Madison. To this day were still pleased with our selection, and its a real relief to us knowing our father is being well cared for.Beautiful, clean and well-maintained, there are a number of great amenities and activities available to the residents. Not your conventional senior housing community, the Madison is a unique place with a special warmth to it. (At the risk of leaving some people out, Id like to thank Cyndi and Rick, Gina and Keith, Geri, Deann, and the rest of their team for making it feel that way.) Choosing a senior living community to live in is an important decision to make, so before you make it, Id suggest you first go talk to the nice folks at Madison Estates. I think youll be impressed.

I love this place! It is safe & secure! The staff is wonderful! Charlene is always super helpful! She truly cares about the residents & their families. They have daily events for the residents & treat them with respect & dignity. They offer 3 meals a day & dining staff. The dining room is run like a restaurant! They have a chef that makes wonderful food for the residents & caters their events!

Leisure SERVICE in the dining room that makes leisure DINING difficult. To many people who live here should be in ASSISTED living instead of this INDEPENDENT living facility!!

Best place for your loved ones. The staff is wonderful. The new food menu is great. The place always feels like home when you walk in. Come and join the Madison family. They are at a 90% occupancy. Thats more than most communities and there is always room for more.

One of the managers Tom Jones was extremely nice and helping us get her mom moved in set up and taking care of they have an extremely large campus with plenty of residence activities Galore Ill pull a garden all bills paid they have a greenhouse setup for the residents to grow plants in and all the bills are covered for $1,800 a month I give this place five stars way up
