Affinity Monterey Village, I been living in here for over 6 years now. I'm ones of the 1st moving in. I have a incredible time in here. The Services from maintenance is on time. In overall are great. The front team officice are amazing with there professionalism and undestanding and always resolve any issues on time. I can't complain about anything. All the areas are really clean and smells beautifully! And the most important is our Security. Come over and have a tour you won't be disappointed!

This a beautiful brand new ACTIVE senior community for 55+. Are you done with yard work, repairs, and need some social events on your calendar??!! This is the place for you! Resort style amenities and community events make this place stand out from the rest. Be around people the same age and with the same interests.

Moving in, in July!....visited one in Austin at Christmas. The only way I could survive the heat is being in a place that has everything.
