I've been at this facility since January and I couldn't be happier. Yes, I've heard they went through management before but this management team here wants good quality caregivers for their residents.

My parent was at this facility until they passed. Management and staff are superb. They were always attentive to our needs and concerns. I happen to know one of the persons that left a bad review. They are a disgruntled employee. I saw them speak rudely to one of the residents, and I had to complain about them. It is no wonder they left a bad review because they were upset over losing their employment. Although my parent has passed, I highly recommend The Oaks facility to care for your loved ones. The Oaks provides a healthy environment with plenty of activities for their residents to be involved in.

I can't say enough great things about The Oaks at Liberty Grove!! I've had the pleasure to work along side with the Oaks for the last three years as their in house rehab team!! Centhia the Executive Director, Monica the Wellness Director, Susan the Director of Activities, all the caregivers, the house keepers and the kitchen staff are some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. The residents thrive being here and they express all the time how lucky they feel to be in a place like The Oaks at the Liberty Grove. I would definitely being my loved one here.

As an Occupational Therapist, I have worked at many Assisted Living Facilities and I 100% recommend The Oaks at Liberty Grove! The facility is clean, well kept, and is beautiful. It has a great staff who truly care about the residents, and has a wonderful and very active Activities department! I can't say enough positive things about this facility!

I have worked at The Oaks frequently over the last 3 years. The staff is amazing, friendly and the residents are extremely happy. I actually worked here when the building first opened back in 2019 as a Med-Tech.Since then I have furthered my career and have now came back to The Oaks as the Wellness Director-Nurse and I am proud to say that this was the best decision I could had ever made!!!! This is the most loving place/environment you could ever put your loved one in/be an employee here!! We have the best Executive Director ever who not only cares about our employees but values and truly care about our residents wellbeing and overall happiness.Our Activities Department rocks!!! Our Kitchen staff,Housekeeping and Maintenance Department is the best I've ever seen with the 20 plus years experience I have in this field And My Wellness/Clinical Department also Rocks 100%!!!!! If you are looking for a place to trust and have your loved one in the best care ever then you have came to the right place!!!! We absolutely love this facility for my mom. She has been there about a year and a half now. The staff and management are amazing and they really love and take care of the residents. A piece of heaven is the best way to describe this premiere Assisted Living Community in Rowlett, Tx. We had my father living here during his last year of life. The director Shannon was a joy to work with. She was extremely helpful and very attentive to all our needs. When we had to bring hospice care for my dad, Shannon gracefully opened a vacant unit across from my dad, so that the family could rest and be close by. The staff is very loving, respectful and accommodating. They are always looking after the residents, providing them with the best compassionate care so that residents can have a better quality of life. We are so grateful to all the staff at The Oaks, who helped make my dad's last year of life a memorable experience. Thank you!

This is the third place I have had my 95 year old father. It is a great place for him with caring staff members and much better menu choices than we have found anywhere else. Yes, there is staff turn - over but it's MUCH better than than any place I have found. It's easy to criticize this type of facility because it's a tough job and requires a special type of person. However, if I compare it to the competition in Rockwall, I am forever grateful.

We had a loved one stay at this place for almost one year. In the beginning, it was great. We loved the original manger and financial manager. They were so nice. They did not stay long. During our family member's stay at The Oaks, they went through four different managers, three or four different nurses, and several different support staff. People were getting fired our were quitting regularly around there. It's like the owners don't know who or what they want. Quite often, it seemed like they were short staffed for a place as big as that. Also, The Oaks is not set up for anyone that has too many health problems. It is basically a place for seniors that are fairly healthy and do not require much help. The nurse, at the time, was too focused on rules and not on our loved one's needs. I asked her about a couple of things two or three times, and she would never really address them. I know certain rules and policies have to be followed, but we felt like they were being too strict with things. The nurse seemed to be stressed working there too. The food was pretty good, though. The place is still pretty new and nice. However, just because a place looks nice, doesn't mean that the quality of care is nice.

We are very excited to finish with rehab and are heading back to his home! The Oaks has that wonderful family feeling! This is not a BIG Corporate owned facility. The owners are real heart felt individuals who care about their customer..Your loved one! They have worked with us through the hospital to rehab and now finally going back. Checking in on us every step of the way! He is so excited to be going back!

We moved Mom here in June from another Assisted Living facility located in Sachse. The Oaks is top notch! Our family has been very pleased and highly recommend The Oaks without any reservations. Mom has made a number of friends and the community is very vibrant -- plenty of activities, food very good (with their own executive chef) and a lot of variety, and most importantly, caring staff and well run. All of the staff are very caring and focus on the individual needs of the residents; they really do care and it shows. The Executive Director is hands-on and a no-nonsense leader. One unusual and important difference for The Oaks compared to others: The owners of this beautiful facility are very active and passionate about making this place the best. One of the owners is very active at the facility and keeps a very good pulse on things. There are also very good communications with the staff to the owners and with residents. If there is a concern about anything -- they resolve quickly and without hesitation. Overall, this assisted living facility is the best.

I moved my 95 year old mother into The Oaks in Rowlett last Wednesday. Not only is it a beautiful facility, but the staff is wonderful. They are there to offer whatever assistance that she needs. She simply pushes a button that she wears and they come to her room. They provide the medical and mobility assistance that she now needs. I highly recommend that you check out The Oaks if you are looking for a place to help care for a loved one.
