I brought my mom here to tour the facility, as she is needing to downsize. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful! We were helped by Alysha, and she was very nice and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff seems like they truly care about their residents, which is what I am looking for as this will be the first time my mom is living alone. She will definitely be in great hands, and a beautiful home!

I've lived here for over 2 years and plan to be here as long as I can. The facility is clean and well maintained. Management is helpful and listens to residents. I enjoy the activities and socializing with other residents. I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment. I value the friendships I have made here.

Wonderful pool and wonderful place for grandchildren to visit.As 2023 end I report I am still here. My fellow residents are now so much like family that can always be counted on. Our activities are many and varied and always fun. Still 5 stars. !!!!

We wanted to update our review. We will celebrate our 1st year anniversary at The Luxe at Rowlett soon. We Love it more than day 1!! The team here, Kathleen, Alysha, Vickie and Dave take of our us and this beautiful building and amenities. We are so happy and blessed living here. My hubby and did our research in finding the right 55+ Active Adult Community. Our move was a 1,400 mile drive to be closer to family. From our first phone call to our tour in Dec. 2022, to moving in, The Luxe at Rowlett and the amazing team of Kathleen, Alysha and Jeannie were kind, professional and accessible to our questions and made us feel at home. Day one residents introduced themselves and were so welcoming. The Luxe at Rowlett is everything and more. It is beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. The community calendar is filled with so many opportunities to engage with our neighbors. There is the gym, the Cafe, pilates, line dancing, pool, social hour if you want to be a part if it all or just a little it's here for us. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious. We love, love living here. We are so thankful and grateful.
