Today I was visiting my mother and after bingo I had a heath issue I got lite headed and fell upon this I had head nurse and all her nurses around me to help me let me tell you after a year my mom was here I have seen the love and care for my mama but it goes beyond on that they also care for there families. I would like to Thank all Employees at Rockport Nursing Rehab. My Brother Phillip Hernandez had Passed a happy Man he had been there for a while. He was always happy there meeting new People always smiling and Greeting Visitors. All Employees have lots of stories of him and his Pass he had lots of Girlfriends. He was well taken care of Thank you so much to All Employees and Management, CNAs, Nurses. Thank you again

No rehab or physical therapy occurred for my father when he was in this facility. Was discharged incredibly weak and unwell . Discussion to include PT was met with apathy. I do appreciate that supervising staff listened and were understanding about my complaint about an issue with the unkind attitude of a person who maintains patient records.

Update: i received an email to contact them for further discussion. I emailed them back. I still havent heard back, three days later. My husband continues to call and leave messages and no response. Some guy named Jim called and sai he would rectify this. We hapvep called and left a message with him too and no response. We are very frustrated!! We went to visit my mother-in-law. (We're from Colorado) I was not impressed with her hygiene. My mother-in-law was always a clean person. They have nothing for the people to do but sit around all day. There is not very many people working. My father in law asked for the door to be opened so he could leave. They wouldn't even get up and open it for him. They were too busy talking and tried to give him the code with their fingers. Since we've been back home we've tried calling and have the hardest time getting to speak with her. They put us on hold then send us to voice-mail and never call back. They say our mother-in-law stays in bed till 11 am. This is not her. She likes to get up and be ready for the day. It's hard having a loved one in a place and not knowing the actual care they are receiving.

Just wanted to let everyone know of the anazing work this beautiful lady does here at this place , Erica Martinez she amazing with my mother i honestly wish i could bring Erica home with us one day when moma gets to come home respectful very patient understanding hardworking always so friendly my mother adores her definately a God send!! We need more just like her! Keeps everything nice n clean and definatly lovely heart!

The nurses here were great.the therapist are awesome But they ones who help you do what you need them to help with are pretty slow at answering the light so I tried to do it myself which was pretty hard for me when only one leg works

Christina is fairly new to care management, but she has taken her nursing skills and applied them well to what she now does. She goes above and beyond to learn about her residents and ensure that quality care is provided. She is compassionate towards her residents and cares for them as her own family.

I would like to spot light Rhonda Bradshaw, CNA. She is the most hard working certified nurse aides in our building. Not to say that all of our CNA's are not extraordinary. But she goes above and beyond just basic care for the residents she tends to. She always gives extra and helps our residents feel like they are at home. She is one of the best CNA's.
