Right at Home provided excellent care for my brother-in-law Gary. They went above and beyond their obligations not only to Gary but also our family. They listened to our concerns and made a difficult situation a lot less stressful. Gary could be quite cranky and demanding but he was always treated with respect and compassion. I would highly recommend Right at Home.

We have used Right at Home to care for my wife, Karen for a total of at least 2 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the care she has received as she has gone through the progression and her eventual death from Alzheimers. All the way from the administration to the day to day caregivers, they have been nothing but superb. Not what you would expect from a team of a home health care Nurses. Ive personally seen them go Above and beyond for not only for one another but Their clients as well. Pilar Suarez goes out of her way to help her clients, staff and anyone who cross Her path. In the Time I have known Pilar she is the same inside of her Office as on the outside of it. very rare Quality in todays America.. Ive been a caregiver with this company for over a year! Management has always been understanding and willing to lend a hand. I love that I can come to the office and feel right at home and before leaving Pilar and Kelly will pray with me and over me. I have been using RightAt Home , in Rhome since January for my father . He is 82 . He has a condition that there is no cure for . He has extremely low blood pressure upon standing . The staff of Right At Home go to his house each morning . They help him get up . Get dressed . They feed him breakfast . They help him start his day . But most importantly , they give me and my siblings peace of mind . Our Dad wants to stay in his own home . Because of Right at Home . Rhome office he is able to do so . They give us daily updates . They help him with his daily chores , and basic morning routine . I hope if I ever need this level of care , that I could have this company take care of me . ♥

Right at Home has been a blessing to our family. My mom had a stroke in November 2016 and once she finished her therapy she needed additional help with getting around the house. We visited with Right at Home in Rhome, Tx and was extremely pleased with with everything they stood for so we started using them in March of 2017 and we currently are still using them. My mom has had a few adjustments with accepting help but absolutely adores the workers there. Theyre very caring and attentive. Even my dad thinks the world of her caregiver and feels how fortunate we were to of found Right at Home. Our family would highly recommend this company to take care of your loved ones.

My husband has Alzheimers and the time has come for home health assistance. He is a USMC and a former Police Officer, so you can only imagine the male ego. Right at Home, Rhome TX, have been a God-sent! Vickie has come into the home like shes always been here. My husband thinks she hung the moon, and so do I! Years ago, my wife and I made a decision. We do not want to spend the last days of our lives in a nursing home. Our decision was fact-based. We had seen first-hand that nursing home patients were all too often neglected as well as over-sedated. Patients on homecare had more control of their lives and seemed happier in their more familiar home surroundings. So we set aside a part of our earnings to plan for long-term care when the need arose. Two years ago I was diagnosed as having psoriatic arthritis. A few months later, the diagnosis was altered to include stage four lung cancer. We adjusted our lives to fit our new circumstances. Our son, who is single, moved back home to assist in maintaining our home and assisting with my care. We recruited a small army of family and friends to help with my care. This arrangement worked well, but it soon became obvious that my wife, as my central care-taker, was burdened with an untenable work-load. It was time to use our long-term care insurance. We researched the long-term care providers who served our area. Two firms surfaced as consistently providing the best care. We arranged to interview both of these firms and decided that Right at Home was the best fit for our situation. Our first day experience was disappointing in that we felt she spent too much time on her phone. At the end of that first day, a Right at Home supersaver came by to see how things had gone. We shared our concerns about excessive phone time, but indicated we felt that was a minor issue. The next day Right at Home introduced us to a new caretaker. I could hardly have been more pleased. She is a wonderful Christian woman with an incredible work ethic who obviously cares if I live or die. She arrives for work on time, makes sure I take my medications and vitals, makes sure I have a bath, clean clothes, get the exercise I need, drink lots of fluids, eat healthy and keep my mind active. She is always looking for something to do, particularly, things that will lighten my wifes work load. She is the most important person in my life, so I am probably your most satisfied customer.
