My Gma has been at the Coastal Palms for about 2 months and it's the staff and they're caring selves for the residents that make me wanna rate them 5 Star plus. They have done so much better then the previous nursing home she had. She's looks happy and feels happy. Thank you Coastal Palms

This facility needs to be shut down and deeply sanitized. Staff also needs to do better and take their jobs seriously. Three patients that have been there for over a week have tested positive for covid. Staff has been anything but helpful to my Grandmother's needs instead they have exposed her and now she is back at the hospital very ill, all because of their negligence.

My brother is a resident at Coastal Palms. I am so grateful for this particular Home. It is clean and free of odors. The residents generally seem happy and content. My experience of the staff is that they are dedicated to ensuring that the residents are happy and comfortable and that their needs are met. It is a home not just a place. Thank you to all who dedicate their service and love to the residents at Coastal Palms.

I cannot say enough good things about Coastal Palms!!! My Mom was at another skilled nursing facility in Corpus, the care was horrible, apathetic staff, no continuity in the therapy, I could go on and on. She has been here a little over a week and has flourished!!! The nurses, staff, therapy department, EXCELLENT!!! I am very sad we waisted 30 days in Corpus. Thank you Coastal Palms!!!!!
