I can't say enough great things about Sunrise! I am a senior real estate specialist of over 20 years and have spent a great deal of time in communities all over the Metroplex. I am always so impressed when I go to Sunrise for events or to visit residents who are dear friends. The staff is wonderful and the residents are always happy and having a great time! Sunrise Plano has been unbelievable for the two years plus my mother has lived there. The loving staff offers such care and genuine concern for all of the residents. Laura is the glue that holds things together. Mulu is phenomenal in the care she provides personally. Jan, Susan, and Patti are so responsive, friendly and helpful in their role of concierge. We highly recommend Sunrise Plano!

My Mom lived at Sunrise for about 2 years, about equally between Independent and Assisted Living. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The food at meals and the snacks were always good. My Mom enjoyed the entertainment and the craft activities. She especially enjoyed playing the piano for enjoyment and church services.

Sunrise has been great. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they seem to genuinely care for the residents and family members. My mom loves her roomy apartment, activities, and the social interaction. I feel comfortable knowing she is safe and being looked after!

From the moment that you walk into the door, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. It is clear that the staff is highly engaged and love where they work. It seems more like they are providing care for family members as they attend to the needs of each resident. The furnishings of the community are quite comfortable and unassuming, which provide a home like feeling. You do not feel like you are in a hotel or a hospital. The nutritious meals are outstanding and the residents truly enjoy their lifestyle of wellness at this community. I especially love that the community offers independent living in addition to assisted living and memory care so my loved ones can age in place. It is of great importance to me that my husband and I can live under the same roof regardless of our future changing needs. Plus Sunrise of Plano is conveniently located close to everything we would ever need.

Very happy with our experience at this facility. We are very satisfied with the care our family member receives. Prior to this facility, we were at another facility where we had a less than satisfactory experience. Having the chance to get to know all of the caregivers has been amazing, and they truly care about the people they care for.
