I am a happy family member who has a loved one at Silvermark. The Silvermark team has been such a blessing to me and my family. My 87 year old relative has lived at Silvermark for just over 1.5 years. She has her own set of mental and physical health issues. What can I say? The staff at Silvermark has done an AMAZING job of meeting her needs. She loves it there. She loves the food, the activities, the staff, and the scenery. I first toured in 2022 right before they were about to repaint the interior and install new artwork. The finished product in the dining space is so welcoming. The outdoor courtyard, seating areas, landscaping, and walking path enclosed within a fence is just what my loved one needs. The best part for me, which finally led me to write a review after many positive interactions, is that recently our family member had to have cataract surgery 2 weeks apart on each eye. This is surgery that probably should have happened a decade ago. The reality is that Silvermark does not see a lot of these because people normally have cataract surgery long before they move into senior living. The team at Silvermark has done an awesome job staying on top of the daily eyedrops and the post-surgical instructions. Each time I take our loved one for her follow up appointments, the doctor describes how great her eyes are looking. If you are looking for a flexible, affordable, safe, and welcoming senior living environment, I highly recommend Silvermark. I have been so pleased by their level of care. I am grateful for their service in the Plano area.

I have been going to Silvermark for a while now, I do the hair for the residents since I go to a few facilities I have to say this is one of my favorite's every time I go I see how the staff are really there for the residents the loving environment makes them feel right at home you can tell how much they love there jobs!! I would highly recommend this place!!

We found Silver mark with the help of Joyce at Ruby Care Senior Living Advisors. We met with Peggy at Silvermark and after touring and visiting with other occupants we decided this would be a good place for my sister. What a wonderful decision! She has shared with me that she feels safe, the caregivers are so kind and compassionate, the food is good and she loves her room. She has many visitors and they are always made to feel welcome. As with many businesses in 2021 they are short handed at times but the positives far outweigh the negatives.

My husband joined the Silvermark family in December of 2019. It is a family to us because the caregivers go over and above in making him feel at home and special. There appears to be very low staff turnover so there are always familiar friendly faces to greet him each day. I am so grateful he is safe, healthy and happy. I owe that to everyone at Silvermark.

Nice facility but staff seems more interested in talking amongst each other and doing their own personal thing as opposed to caring for patients. Really disappointing experience as far as helping and working with patients
