The maintenance team are always on top of the requests. Our yard is our place of peace. We love this place so much. We couldn’t recommend this place more than we already do. The premises are well maintained. There are activities scheduled most days that are voluntary. The staff makes every effort to be helpful. It is located well off of a highway that leads to nearby stores that give access to groceries and household supplies. My neighbors are all friendly!

The reality is; their interaction/professionalism in treating our residents as "family" , is the main factor for renewing my lease 3 times so far. The amenities / location is a close second. I’ve recently moved in Amberlin Pflugerville and I absolutely love it. I could not be happier with the management, maintenance and especially the other residents. What a kind group. Recently the Apartment Life Coordinator Mark spent 2 hours helping me set up my tv and streaming apps. I love that he is here to help troubleshoot a variety of issues that may come up. He knows what’s going on around here and is so helpful. The activities are wonderful and the office staff is part of the fun. They take care of business and the residents of Amberlin Pflugerville.

Pflugerville Amberlin - most amazing place we have lived! This becomes our home, not apartment! Met and mingle wonderful and friendly neighbors. Many hugs with sign I love you. We have many events to eat, celebrate each other. We also play games. We watch night movies on Saturday night. Share with laughs. Wonderful staff with smiles and provides us our needs and good chats with each other (staff and us). Enjoy here every day. We look forward to seeing more events with neighbors and staff. Stephanie Salinas has been a true blessing and life saver with our resent move to Amberlin Pflugerville. She started her new position when we moved to the complex and quickly learned how to get contracts, payments, assign parking and storage. All of these areas had issues from prior contracts and misinformation when we toured and ready to move to Amberlin. Additionally, we have had two months of our rent paying twice. This has created a stressful situation with our bank. Again, Stephanie reviewed the reasons for this and guided us through to correct the problem. She always follows up with questions and moves swiftly to correct or investigate safety concerns with the building. If Stephanie had not been here the first week we moved, I would have moved out! Stephanie is always professional, personable, and pleasant!

We've lived at Amberlin Pflugerville for 3 months and have had mostly pleasant experiences here. Whenever we had questions or issues the staff has been very helpful, especially Stephanie Salinas. For example, during our first week we had a decorator table set up near our front door and somehow or someone removed the table while we were out. This did happen on a scheduled trash pickup day but we were very disturbed by this happening. We remarked to each other, "what a way to welcome us to the apartment community". Stephanie was the first office person we contacted about the incident and she remarked that she had seen the table, describing it perfectly as to the shape and even the color and how it matched perfectly with the wall color surrounding our door entryway. Stephanie went out of her way to investigate how the table could have somehow disappeared from our door. She kept us up to date with what she had done, checking with the trash pickup person, the trash company owner, and viewing as many security cameras as were available to see if anything could be spotted leaving the premises. Even though this was just a small table it meant a great deal to my wife and we were both impressed with the care and attention Stephanie gave to our situation. In addition to this issue she always has a pleasant smile and a positive attitude. Her office is always available and we enjoy showing off our pictures of our 3 year old grandson!

Stopped by for a quick tour to see if this place might be the right fit for my aunt when he is ready to move in a few months. I LOVED it! Gorgeous floor plans and they have events all the time for residents and I know she won’t be lonely. I met Stephanie in the office and she was so bubbly it made me want to smile the entire time. I think my aunt will love living here and being closer to me too.

Coffee time in the morning every weekday in the lounge is my dad’s favorite! He hasn’t had this much fun or this many friends in a while. The warm cookies are also a lovely homey touch and my dad probably sneaks too many 😉

What a place to call home. My husband and I moved in July and this was one of the best decisions we've ever made. The residents here are super friendly, and the Staff always greets you with a smile and a hug, ready to help. Since moving in 11/16/24 I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff. I have personally added events to the calendar and the staff has supported me at every event. I am still working a regular job so sometimes it makes it hard to attend events and activities that are scheduled during regular business hours. I like living at Amberlin so much I renewed my lease for another 15 months, 3 months early. The only regret is I couldn’t get a 24 month lease.

Nicko gave my mom and I a tour, he was impeccable, down to earth and no pressure. Nicko Tatum was a lifeline when we needed to move from out of state on very short notice due to a family emergency. He walked us through everything in a friendly and professional manner on the phone and we secured an apartment in one week. Visited with my 90+ years old parents to inquire about the Senior residences & services. First I will say both sales ladies were very nice. The issue was that the cost of each residence was fluid. We were told costs change as supply and demand changes. That bothered us greatly. This property is completely different from the many Senior Residences we've toured. They do not include meals, utilities, housekeeping, but most distressing was, no emergency services. Perhaps they need to rebrand themselves as "Just apartment living with NO amenities like food service, emergency services, housekeeper services, or utilities included for active Seniors." Buyers beware.
