This place holds and will always hold a special place in the hearts of my family. We found it in the hardest of times with my mom and the unknown of putting her in someone else's care was a tough one for us. We quickly knew we made the right decision. Lee and Cary and team have been nothing short of angels in our situation. They love and care for my mother as if she was their own. Total loving care is professional, clean and we could not be more thankful. We feel safe with her here.

We are so thankful for the care my mom received at Total Loving Care. The staff is very professional and honest. The facility is very clean. They treated mom as if she was their mother. She got immediate pain relief and they set up 24 consecutive hour care to meet mom’s needs. Her last days were peaceful and surrounded by people that loved her.

Good morning, Ms. Lee, If I did not thank you properly yesterday for taking Mr. Fuller in as one of the precious ones under your watchful care, I want to do so now. Truly I believe and know that God brought us together for His glory and for Mr. Fuller's good at Total Loving Care. When other doors were shut, He opened the door of your heart and your facility to accept my husband as one of your "charges." I am grateful to Him, and also grateful to you. As I remarked yesterday, truly yours is a calling from God - a gift of service empowered by Him for the good of others. Thank you and your husband also for the special favor of helping with the moving of my husband's belongings today. That is a huge load off my mind. I hope to visit over the weekend if my health and the weather cooperate Perhaps I may see you then. But even if I don't, you are always nearby and you have a more-than capable and well-trained staff to support you and to watch over each one of the individuals entrusted to your care. I just want to say how blessed I feel. We placed my sister in Total Loving Care's facility. She was terminally ill, but I have to say the care she received was outstanding. The facility was immaculately clean & did not have any unpleasant smells that so many facility's have. The staff was caring & attentive. I live out of state and received daily updates and even pics of my sister. Lee thank you & to your for taking good care of my life long best friend.

Total Loving Care is exactly as the name implies. They are a dedicated team working together to keep their residents comfortable and happy and feeling as if they are in their own home. The staff is so nice and very helpful. They all take pride in what they do. The facility is always clean and very nice. I have also found that if I give 24 hour notice my brother will be ready to pick up for doctor appointments or just to take out for the day.I looked at several places before I came here and was drawn here because we felt so welcome here.

My mother is an age in place resident at Total Loving Care. They care for her is if she were their own mother. I am kept informed about everything concerning my moms health and well being. Lee and her team do a great job of making sure moms medications for dementia are kept at the right dosage for the different stages of this disease . This is allowing mom to have the best possible quality of life. The other residents have become my moms friends and they genuinely care for each other. I am so thankful to see my mom smiling because she is truly happy where she lives.

My sister has been at TLC for a couple of months now. The staff is very caring and kind and take very good care of her. She is always clean and linens are changed regularly, which is very important for someone who is bed bound. The facility is always clean and well kept.

The owner, a registered nurse practitioner, is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She keeps the families informed and works with them in all situations. My Mom has been at TLC for a little over a year. They are attentive to her needs, help her feel a part of things, graciously accommodates her requests, and loves her for who she is right now. As our love ones age, it is so hard to watch. Luckily, Ms. Lee and her team of nurses and staff are there to help them and you navigate through all stages. I am so grateful my Mom is in the care of Total Loving Care and can call this place home.

TLC and the wonderful caregivers were a literal shining light; reassuring my sister and me, day after day and year after year, that we had been guided to warm, caring, and competent hands that would love and patiently help our 90+ year old mother. The ladies at TLC were extremely efficient; but it warmed the familys hearts so much to see even the off-duty ladies check in on our Mamacita, chat awhile, and give her a warm hug. Smiles, hugs, attention to dietary requirements, and even the occasional little dance at the foot of Mommas bed - all of these sweet things brought so much comfort, and many a giggle and smile, to our beautiful mother.

My mother joined a home at TLC just 2 weeks ago! She is in the mid to later stages of dementia. She also recently lost her home and everything in a flood! The caretakers, doc, nurse, and owner, Ms Le were compassionate towards my Moma and our family from day one! Her first night was very bad, but was the last one too that was bad! A quick evaluation of her behavior and change of meds was part of the difference. But the love and care from the Caretakers has been amazing! My Moma is eating and resting so much better! She feels like she is at home. They laugh and cry with her! They work with her to give her some independence! We visit our Moma often and she is always clean and dressed in clothes! Once she was having coffee and talking (shes very challenged with communication) with a Caretaker at the dining table!My family and I have been very pleased! Its a blessing to leave a visit and know she is happy and cared for as though she was their Moma! They even call her Moma!

Thank God we found this place. What a blessing. I know my mom will be well cared for and happy. I love the HOME concept vs a facility.. Sharon and Lee are the sweetest people. The Lord answered our prayers on where to go and what to do!
