Absolutely love visiting this building! Jill is welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Charity is very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Brittany goes above and beyond for her residents to make sure they keep moving and stay active, Couldn't ask for a better team, they keep this building in tip top condition and keep the residents safe and happy. They also have an in-house gym that you must check out!!

My company, SonderCare, partners with Civitas communties like Midtowne AL & MC. I just popped in to introduce myself and was greeted by the most welcoming and cheerful staff. Charity the Executive Director, Jill the Community Relations Director, and Brittney the Activities coordinator were all wonderful. I was taken on a tour of the beautiful community and can't reccomend Midtowne enough. Thanks for all you do for the community!

Such an amazing facility. All of the staff are so helpful and welcoming. You can see that everyone truly cares about each and every resident. The facility is always very well kept and clean every time I go in. You can tell they go the extra mile trying to make it as comfortable and home-like for the residents.

Katie is amazing!! Made it so easy to get my grandmother in, we had some options on assisted living for her, but after visiting midtowne and seeing how much the staff actually cared about her needs, Katie also insured us that she would not just be another number in the system. If I could give 10 stars I would but man oh man! Hang on to Katie!!!! She's a keeper

Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care in Midlothian, Tx. has been a wonderful experience for my mom and dad! My mom is thriving by being around a loving and caring staff. She enjoys daily activities and spending time with friends at meals. We have grown to love everyone associated with this center! I think the best way to describe it is to say that if my mom is ever not living there, I would still need to go at least a couple of days a week to visit with the residents and staff because they have become family! I would recommend Midtowne to all of my friends and anyone needing a safe, happy, loving and caring place for their loved one.

Mom is one of the oldest residents at Midtowne and the staff goes out of their way to see that she is comfortable and her needs are met. It has been a good experience for her as she is involved in a neighborhood of activities and caring friends. The staff has been incredibly helpful to her family as well during some difficult times. Will, and have, recommended to others.

I am a hospice nurse that visits patients in the memory care unit at Midtowne. I am very impressed by this facility. The environment is very clean and peaceful and the staff are very caring and respectful towards the residents. The residents appear well cared for. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Midtowne. Overall everything has been WONDERFUL from the caring and attentive care team to the leadership team. My mother was not in good condition when she arrived a few months ago. I have been coming to this Midtown facility for almost 5 years. My mother was a resident here for five months before Alzheimer’s took her from me. It wasn’t long after that my mother-in-law needed assistance with her daily activities. We chose Midtown again because we knew that she would be well care for. Midtown employees and management are all hard working and kind people. The residents here are all cared for with kindness and consideration when dealing with day to day situations. Thank you to everyone that plays a big part in the resident’s lives. It makes me smile to walk in here and see how well everyone looks and are taken care of with compassion and kindness. My mother has been in asssted living at Midtowne for about 6 months and the team at Midtowne does a remarkable job with challenging circumstances. I appreciate the personal attention we've gotten and it begins with weekend visits, Randi always has a smile and is an asset. Madison has bent over backwards to help and support us with declining situations as our loved ones get older and those with cognitive decline get worse. Thanks to the team especially in an age of staffing shortages everywhere. It's not perfect, but I've always found them helpful and supportive.

I am brand new to Texas and coming from California I was a little worried about the welcoming I would get. But it has been completely opposite of what I expected. As soon as I came into Midtowne Assisted Living I felt at home and welcomed by all. The residents are so loving and have become like family. And the staff made me feel supported and part of their team. I've worked many places in my life, but working at Midtowne has been my favorite thus far.

We are so grateful for the staff and caregivers at Midtowne! Our loved one is in Memory Care, as a family we feel comfortable that she is receiving the best care possible. She seems content. The staff has gone above and beyond to keep us informed on any issues that may arise, (even at 3:30 in the morning). Everyone treats us like family and we have come to think of them in the same way. We made a great decision choosing Midtowne.

Mr. Johnson, the Executive Director, is incredible in how well he is handling the communication and the cooperation for the Coronavirus. My mom moved in prior to March (2020) and has been extremely well cared for and safe!

Weve had some family members there and it is a great facility. The staff is great! One who stands out to us is young lady, Valerie Moon. She was a great help, always friendly, always happy and cheerful. The other staff aides, Rns, LVns, etc were great. Keep up the great staff like Valerie!

Both of my parents lived at Midtowne for 3 years. Its a lovely facility and the staff are very caring and concerned, keeping me immediately informed when health issues arose. Turnover is a periodic challenge, as with all such facilities, but the majority of the staff are wonderful! Mom and Dad were happy there, enjoyed the activities, and made friends. They loved the staff and the staff loved them.

I used to work ar this community and know senior living in the area and the southern Dallas suburbs very well. This is a beautiful building with a wonderful caregiving staff. Without a doubt, the most quality place within a large radius.

We toured Midtowne before it was officially open for business over 2 1, 2 years ago and from the very first visit we knew it was different. The atmosphere is very different from your average facility, and they entire staff has been the closest to having family care for our loved one as we could imagine. We have found out many times how staff have gone above and beyond what their job requires them to do, and although we have watched many staff come and go - they are consistently trained in kindness and compassion. Our loved one has been on both sides of the facility (now in memory care) and knowing how little credit they get for planning events for those with memory impairment is an unusual feature for which we cannot be more thankful. Being able to speak with staff via email, or get updates via social media and the GoSagely app - gives us even more up to date news regarding what is happening in their lives and is an added plus. We are very grateful for what Midtowne has helped us handle with our loved one that needed round the clock care.
