Cimarron has been a good place for my mother. I feel that she is safe there and they take good care of her. I can always call if I have a concern and they are very responsive. The staff is excellent and very helpful.

Everyone is always very polite, informative and ready to answer any questions I might have. The staff goes over and above to make sure that Mom is comfortable, clean and well cared for. . . which includes her laundry, housecleaning, meals, activities and medication is given as prescribed. Her puppy also gets to come and visit her which is super important to Mom. I just wish we didn't have to worry with COVID and all the restrictions that go along with that. I trust Cimarron Place with my Mom because she is in good hands.

2 years ago, so hopefully it has improved. Too many employees not knowing exactly what to do. Was not pleased with my mother-in-laws care. Enough said...it did not end well.

My Mom has be in 3 different places in Midland, TX Cimarron Place is the 4ht place in the last year and half The other 3 places do even come close to the service they provide at Cimarron Place. The Management is top notch the food is excellent a lot of entertainment and activity. Cimarron Place is small enough to take care of all there clients.

This is a pretty nice community, and we had a nice tour of it. Everyone was friendly to my family, and I. The community from what we saw looked nice. The staff we met was kind, and treated us well. They answered our questions. The only issue was that the rooms were not big enough for my parents, and their needs. It was a nice experience, but we did find another community that met our needs better overall.
