I have a relative who resides at this facility. Most of the people I have encountered have been very welcoming. There are 2 people, specifically, who always go above and beyond to help my relative. Eric Lindsey, RN. is a caring and very attentive young man. He is a great example of how nurses are supposed to be with their patients.He seems to be there everytime we visit. We have told him how appreciative we are of his care. Mr. Lindsey is very humble. Also, Lisa, the nurse aide is very helpful and very nice to our family, and she takes good care of our relative. We are very pleased with the care that our relative receives at Edgewood Rehab facility.

The residents seem very happy. Great activities for them they have lots of fun events. The rehab dept is Awesome they are very helpful especially with resident support and transfers. I like the food service and dining experience here with great relaxing music . Very clean facility.

My father was there for a short period because the nursing care was not good. He went out twice for pneumonia because the staff kept leaving his head lower than 30 degrees. His chart clearly stated that he had to have his head elevated 30-40 degrees at all time. I talked to Ms Kimberly, the DON several times about his care and even asked if a sign could go up over his bed since the CNAs always stated that they were from the agency and they didn't know. She kept telling no she would educate them. But I continued to come and find him flat on his back. The good part of the place is everything else. The Activity Director was very good. She kept my dad active in activities which helped his social skills. The business office was always helpful and room was clean. If nursing was up on their game I would have loved to kept him there.

I'm very happy and pleased with the care and service here, housekeeping keeps my room and building clean, I enjoy all the fun activities here and the coordinator is pleasant and helpful. Overall nice facility and I would refer others to come here.

Clean facility and kind staff. I appreciate the care my mom is receiving, it's much better then where she was at. I love the musical and entertainment provided here, it helps stimulate her and keeps her calm and relaxed. She loves the food here and have great breakfast, the therapy team are completing great sessions with her. I would definitely refer others to experience the great care here.

My experience here has been great especially compared to my last place . Everyone was very kind Nursing,, Housekeeping, Rehab,Activities, Food services, Wound care and just the entire staff. This is a very friendly and nice facility that cares about their patients. I would definitely refer others. I'm living tomorrow and I will miss it here. Thank you all for the good service.

I like this facility the best out of all the places I've been. Friendly people here, Nurses take good care of me and meet my needs. Housekeeping does a great job keeping my room and the building very clean. Love the activities here, food is good and they help with other options if needed. I also referred my husband to come for rehab as well. Overall this is an amazing place and I appreciate the care here. I will definitely refer others to join here.

5 stars? Really? YES, REALLY!! My father stayed here short-term for rehabilitation after being in the hospital with a number of scary issues. EDGEWOOD WAS AMAZING! The facility was recommended to me by a family friend who's mother had stayed short-term a few years earlier. I completed a walkthrough and everyone was super friendly and place was clean and smelled nice. After my father agreed, we made it happen. He was there for 3-4 weeks and I am happy to say we had minimal issues. Truly, the only issue wasn't even with the facility at all, it was transportation related and couldn't be helped. All nurses, aides, therapists (PT, OT, and Speech), doctor(s), and additional staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful. There was one day I was wandering the hall with my Dad's little dog one day and a couple of the ladies stopped me. When I mentioned my Dad's name, they lit up, gave BIG smiles. It made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I wish I knew their names but I'm terrible at name recollection. If they're reading this, I want you to know that I still think of that day and it still warms my heart. The staff there cares and it showed. Dad was released about a month ago (mid July 2025). Thank you Edgewood. This was a very scary time for my family, my father is my world and I was a nervous wreck but your kindness and compassion eased our minds. Oh, and one more thing.... Dad says the food was good, no complaints.

My stay here has been going well, Beautiful facility and easy access to location. I like to walk around the building between my rehab session and the Director has been very helpful. Great activities here and coordinator is nice and checks on me. I love the visitation arrangement here, it makes you feel good that family can come after hours to check on you. I would refer others.

My mom is moving to a new facility and her stay here has been well. I appreciate Harriet the Activity Director , she has been very friendly, caring and kept my mom busy with lots fun activities Book Club, Prom, Senior Dance, Entertainment and so much more. I can’t say enough good things about Edgewood. From the moment I’ve arrived, Harriet, the activities director made me feel welcomed. The therapy team is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also genuinely compassionate and attentive. I’m with Agape Hospice & Home Health & Ive partnered with them for a monthly Trails & Treat w/Agape event. We have treats, coffee/tea & good conversation. Harriet helped me put this together in less than a month. What would I do without her 🙂 The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized to promote comfort and safety. The therapy team went above and beyond to help assist the patients outside to the trail & we walked/rolled wheelchairs so everyone could enjoy the trail. Can’t wait to see them next month

My mother is in rehab at this facility. Most of the people who work here are very nice and attentive. There’s an aide who is top notch and does an excellent job taking care of my mother as well as the other residents. Her name is Monique. Monique is one of the main reasons why my family and I are content with my mom being at this facility. Of course the facility has its issues, but it’s much better than a lot of other rehab facilities.
