Great thanks to the outstanding staff at Palma Real for making my days of healing there happy ones. Gloria, Angela, and Stacy brought coffee to me and to the other residents first thing in the morning, and with big smiles. That was so much appreciated! Lupe attended to my needs with such kindness and extra attention. Thank you also to Liz and Eva for being so good to me every day, each with a genuine heart and very pleasant ways! I will miss you all!

There are some of the nurses and staff there that I feel need extra recognition! Isabel a social worker there at the facility always helps me to get to speak with my Dad. I live in Tennessee and call him weekly, if she is working, she personally will take the visitor phone to my Dad. I appreciate that so much. There is a nurse there named Gloria that does the same for me too. I have met nurses when I was there in February, unfortunately I can't remember the names of the special ones who were so good to take care of my Dad. It means a lot to me to know my Dad is being taken very good care of , since I live so far away. Thanks to each of you for taking care of my Dad Jack.

I have received the very best of care at Palma Real! Over and over, I am amazed at the quality I've experienced at this facility. The staff members in every department are so caring and dedicated to excellence in the work that they do. They wear genuine smiles that are truly contagious and uplifting! Sylvia demonstrates many talents and is such a team player who I see working everywhere in the facility, contributing wherever she can. Irma not only works so hard to make Palma Real immaculate, but she also does so with a bright, cheery smile that mirrors her personality. Yvonne Estrada and Blanca Cano give extra time and attention to ensure that residents have fun activities each day. Games conclude with prizes and treats! Social Services Director Isabel Rivera so smoothly manages the daily operations of Palma Real. I am very grateful for her handling my case needs. Elva Celesto tailored my menu with special requested foods, and all the meals tasted quite good. I love the inviting chapel at the front of the building! Its beauty commands reverence and entrance into it. Palma Real is wonderful!

I have found this nursing home to be a community of caring staff, not just a nursing home but a place they endeavor to create family atmosphere, homey and joyful. Blanca Cano, the activity direct not only offers a variety of activities but I see her go out of her way to do extra little things for the residents on an individual basis, she also makes me and other family members of residents feel welcome to join in on activities and is open to new ideas which she then tells the residents and they vote on what they want. Sabrina Teall, a CNA, went out of her way to come on her day off to help me bleach and color my daughters hair and that was just something so special to me. Julie Rochester, med-aid went out of her way to shave my daughters legs and under arms and that's what I call going above and beyond and also one day when the air conditioner was not Cold enough for my daughters expectations JULIE brought her a small portable fan of her own. I have to say that all the CNA's are so kind and caring with my daughter and myself and she is always well taken care of and for that I am grateful, the nurses also are very caring and I am especially grateful to Gloria Guerra because my daughter is gluten intolerant and Gloria has taken her a few gluten free items and that is very kind of her.Nicole Sahagun Alvarado worked with my daughter Rayni Padilla in such a caring and consistent manner that it reflects in how strong she has become and the progress she has made is now helping us here at home, eternally grateful

If you're looking for a place where it makes you feel like home this is it!. Palma Real Nursing Home has the most caring and hard working employees. My mother Adele Maldonado is one of the hard working CNA there. She always goes above and beyond for her patients.

So I went in not too long ago. I went in to look into hospice for one of my patients. I know she's only a CNA but Angel , I believe that's what her name is, help me out a lot. She gave me all the ends and outs of it like what I had to do. Like all the information that I needed from her she gave me. She was very nice to my patient. My patient wanted to go to check it out. I said okay let's go. Without even knowing if I needed a set up an appointment or anything. So I'm here to say that Miss Angel is an angel. She helped me out a lot. My patient really liked her so much that she asked me if she would be her nurse. I told her I didn't know but I wouldn't mind her being her nurse as well. So if Angel is reading this , thank you so much for helping me out with everything I needed. You are a very great and compassionate asset to this facility. Thank you guys so much for being here for everyone who may need help.

Everyone here is very friendly. We experienced a wonderful visit. Palma Real also has some of the best Activities, The Activity Director Blanca Cano was having a matinee and drink social. I definitely recommend this cozy country feeling nursing home for your Love Ones.
