The restroom toilets are nasty all the time on weekends. And I'm not gonna say nothing about staff because u don't have to be certified to be a cna but it would help because then u would get proper techniques to handle dementia and alzheimer's patients. Dinning service is terrible slow and most of the residents did not come down for meals. But all this I'm seeing is the weekend so there's no big bosses there but that's no excuse. There was a birthday party on Sunday and I was going to the restroom and a little kid was telling her mom no because she was scared and the toilet was dirty so I skipped the restroom and held my pee until I got off at 8pm and at that time it was 530 ish.

This is an amazing facility! My grandmother spent her last 5 years there and loved the staff and other residents. There are several activities and a great food selection. Any concerns we had were always addressed quickly and with compassion. I highly recommend you consider this facility for your family members

I worked as an administrator of an adult health facility for 30 years, so when it came to my mother's care I wanted her to have the best. After months of research and tours of several facilities, we chose Isle at Raider Ranch. She lived there for five years until her passing. She enjoyed her time there, the friends she made, and participating in the many activities they offer. I was very pleased with the level of care she received from the attendants, nursing staff, and other employees. Special thanks to Brandon and his staff who were always available to assist or address any concerns-no matter how small. I feel confident her moving to Isle at Raider Ranch was the best decision I could have made for her, and I highly recommend.

Care at Raider Ranch is definitely a 5 star and has been from the start. We have to deduct a couple stars due to administration side of the operation since the buyout. Sincerely hope it doesn't bleed over into the care provided.

Hannah and Mel were fantastic; they answered all of our questions and gave us a tour. Residents were engaged mentally and physically. They have a list of activities everyday for them to participate in. Safety measures in the room were top notch. A very loving environment for our mom.

The staff at the Isle of Raider Ranch truly care about the residents! Mel and Nancy are doing an awesome job! When you walk in you notice people moving, doing, talking...there are always activities which include the residents. Sometimes it's singing, dancing, simple crafts, questions and answers games, ice cream out on the patio... My mom loves it and is happy. The staff is the greatest!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa and Hannah to tour The Isle at Raider Ranch. I cannot thank them both enough for their time and for allowing me to experience what a day truly looks like as a resident. It was truly heartwarming and so exciting to see how Empowered living and Quality of Life are not just a Mission Statement, but a real life experience every day for them in this next chapter of their journey. I have personally walked this walk with my sweet father and I know that he would have thrived at The Isle at Raider Ranch and his quality of life would have been better because of the people and the care.

The staff at Isle at Raider Ranch are amazing! I so miss calling on this facility, visiting with the awesome staff, and loving on all these precious residents. The staff here truly love their people here. It was always a joy to come and see what activities were being done with residents and see them smiling and laughing as they had a great time participating in so many fun activities!
