This place has been a saving grace for my 89 year old Mom. They go above and beyond with every aspect necessary for her care. I initially visited The Garrison last week to see my brother get settled into the skilled nursing facility. Ms. Shelly and I had spoken numerous times before the visit. She was very nice and was there for us during a pivitol time for my brother. I was met by two staff members who gave me a tour of the facility. I was impressed with the physical therapy equipment and my brother liked the food. Each staff member we met was professional and courteous. I believe my brother will continue to see good results (in his recovery from spine surgery) during his stay at the Garrison.

First time to visit this facility. Totally impressed from the security kiosk entry, and friendly staff. Each introduced themselves and their job duties in helping my sister get better and come back home being herself.Maintenance, housekeeping, nurse and kitchen. All anxious and more than happy to assist in a quick manner. On our way out we even joined in the singing activity with patients. Feel she is in very good hands and expect to have her back home soon.

My experience there was excellent everyone was very sweet. They answered all my questions. The best part of being there is that they have bingo and the ladies get to get there nails done. They also wash your clothes if you need it done. Therapy was excellent. They made sure you were comfortable to do there exercises. They had really cool games like mind games. Thank you so much for taking good care of one of my family members we for sure will come back if any of my family needs it. Toni thank you so much for aways answering my questions. The Garrison staff was so kind and patient with my dad. He had dementia and COPD, and could be very challenging at times, but they always treated him with kindness and respect. They always took time to answer our questions and do what they could to assist. Having Monica as our case worker was a blessing, and she was there to meet with us, answer questions and follow up on any concerns we had. Laurie always had a smile on her face and was just so friendly, easing our minds when worried. She was a life saver when it came to discharge and working to receive Hospice care. Nurse Shawna was an angel, always keeping us informed, and assisting with anything we needed. I would recommend Garrison for short term rehabilitation.
