If I could do half a star that’s what I would put, management is horrible, upkeep on the place and matenance is terrible I think they mowed a total of t o times this past summer heater still don’t work right neither does the air conditioning they said they accommodate those that need a little help but they do not they instead frown upon it to the point management will start harassing you and threaten eviction and say your breaking the rules of contract but they never gave me a copy of my contract to even know what the rules are and they refuse to give a copy of it to me. She starts saying you break rules for the pet policy or because you have company over more than a once per month she says you broke the rules of the policy you signed. But she also has those few tenets that like her pets she goes by what they tell her and not by what is true. The halls are full of pot smoke smells all the time and she will blame it on resident that never smokes the stuff. She will enter your apartment without warning or cause to so you never know when or if she enters your apartment unless your home it’s not like a regular check like they do with monthly inspections they let you know when they do those monthly but she said I’ll come in and hen your not home and without you knowing it then leave a note on your door saying your in violation of the policy you signed not to mention things will turn up missing like cash left on the table or jewelry left where seen. It’s not as it was advertised that’s for dang sure. Wish I could call up the owner and let them know just how horrible it is and ran by awful hateful people. They need to come in and get a new manager and staff that actually understands and cares about the residents and not a harassing manager that’s only there when she has free time to be there instead of just when she wants to be and us residents never knowing whenever she is available in the office.

As a long-term resident (11+ yrs) I love the place! SOME people are never happy, so ignore the negative reviews. Management does a great job, the grounds and building are well maintained, and most folks are friendly. Unfortunately, with 73 units you're gonna get a few freaks and weirdos who want to run things.... just ignore them and enjoy your live! One of those 'weirdos' wrote a negative review of PvP after she was evicted for assaulting another resident, resulting in broken bones!
