We went to do a tour of the facility for placement of our mother. We called ahead on a Saturday and the activity’s director did a walkthrough for us (not her normal job) and did an amazing job and was great at answering any questions we had. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean it was and we were greeted down every hallway we went down by the staff.

Beautiful living quarters , nice caring staff. I highly recomend Brookdale . All of the seniors I cared for doing PCA work just love being there and said the meals and activities were wonderful.

Beautiful facility and the staff is amazing. Everyone we have met is sweet and very accommodating. The building is very clean and spacious. What I love most is that they always have activities available for its residents and they help them get around when family members are unable to take them.

everything is a good, clean place, they have a bus where they drive the residents to any dr. counselor, psychiatrist, dentist appointments and also taking twice a month to Walmart...accept pets (mine is a service dog) they have a laundry room but also has a person who does laundry and a housekeeping, a person who gives the meds (if u require) and a lot more is a good place to live!!

This is Diane --- My parents have lived at Remington Park for several years now. My mom passed away in August 2016. The staff were so helpful and kind working with mom and dad, keeping me informed when there was an issue and helping me work out solutions. There are plenty of activities if the resident wishes to take part. The med techs are great to work with!!!!!

Where I'm not a family member, I am a resident here at Emeritus- Elmbrook. I love this place, I truly do. I accepted this room sight unseen. The upper staff insisted I come and see this place before I accepted. I came, but as I explained to Management, Elmbrook has such a wonderful reputation I knew that I was one lucky lady to be at the top of the list to be selected to move here. After 14 months, I still feel the same. I love this place. I feel great pride in the fact that I live here and love when people ask me where I live. Emeritus-Elmbrook have such a good reputation, in every aspect, as s home for Assisted Living. The upper staff works as a team and it shows in the way the house runs. The RA's seem to be hand picked because they are special and work over-time to make us comfortable and happy. The kitchen runs like a smooth top. The meals that come out of there are terrific. The kitchen staff work hard to see that the meals we have is wholesome and nutritious. I especially enjoy "Dining with Brice" when he fixes a special meal for us. It really makes me feel special. I wish I could mention everyone by name but that would take to much time. But, I do want to say, each department runs smoothly because of the person in charge of it. My mother and myself, looked at many facilities in Lubbock and were impressed with Elmbrook Estates. The quality, size, location and price fit our needs. We also had a recommendation from a good friend whose mother had lived there for 7 years. Mom moved there in late 2012 and recently told me "this is where I need to be". Bruce and the entire staff do an excellent job.

My family is extremely pleased with Elmbrook Estates. We researched many facilities in Lubbock before moving my 99 year old aunt into Elmbrook. We needed extra help with her because she is in a wheelchair. The staff has been outstanding. Her care is not easy, but the kind and understanding attitudes which we have experienced have made this transition as pleasant as possible. The facility is lovely. The atmosphere is happy and friendly. We have been at Elmbrook for 9 months.

My Mother has been at Elmbrook for 6 months and all the employees have been very considerate and helpful. Some of employees have even gone out of their way to accommodate us. The room is much larger than most of the other homes that we have looked at and she is very comfortable there. It has a nice "homey" feeling. There are lots of fun activities to keep the residents busy.

We moved my Father to Elmbrook in November of 2012, Our family has been very pleased with the care and compassion we have recived from the staff, My Dad is has a social type personality, Bruce and Christie have done an excellent job of introducing him to people he now calls friends, and providing plenty of things to do to keep him busy and active. We dont have to worry about him at Elmbrook he is checked on throughout the day, has 3 good meals a day and has plenty to do.THANKS ELMBROOK STAFF
