My mother has been in the assisted living for almost 3 years and I can't think of one negative thing to say! They take great care of her and I never have to worry about her. When you walk in you will be greeted by Jamie during the week and Marsha on the weekends and they are both super sweet and helpful! The whole staff, from the directors to the aides and maintenance people are wonderful.

This place is a true gem! And if you get the pleasure of visiting with Julie Ryzman their sales director you will know she’s part of the reason why! Passion for seniors is hard to come by but THIS place has it. Not only is it ran well, the facility is nice and clean, it feels like home when you walk in. Would give it 100 stars if possible!

Hawkins Creek came highly recommended when we needed an assisted living home with memory care for my dad. They treated us like family, always smiling and were extremely helpful right up to the day the Lord called him home. They even set up a private room with condiments for those of us that were fortunate to be there with him on that last day. I can’t adequately explain just how warm, friendly and extremely professional the entire staff was. Most definitely recommend.

When we started looking for a place for mom to live where she would get the care she needed,we looked at every one in Longview it seemed like. We decided on Hawkins Creek because it just seemed the place to be. The staff at Hawkins Creek were truly a blessing not only for my mom but for our entire family as well. Great AL facility, our residents love it here, they feel safe and we'll cared for by the staff here. Chris, Kaitlyn, Sherry, Tammy and our front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have in house Therapy through Select Rehabilitation.

I toured many memory care facilities in the area, searching for my mom’s new home. When I walked in and met with Kaitlyn, I could tell this place felt warm, cozy, and comfortable. The entire staff goes above and beyond for the residents. Everything about this place has exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful facility, the care and acceptance my mom has received, the communication and kindness from the entire staff! So thankful to have my mom at Hawkins Creek MC.

We were looking for a facility that felt peaceful and not chaotic, with a friendly and caring staff and lots of activities. We found that at Hawkins Creek. Have not been in residence that long, but so far are very pleased. My husband loves the food, quality of care and especially enjoys the activities. It’s the environment he needed. Chris and his staff have been very helpful. Would highly recommend Hawkins Creek !!!

Everyone is so friendly! My mother enjoys the smaller size and more personal feel compared to the larger facilities with long hallways of doors. The medical staff is excellent and she loves the food! Transitioning from living independently & on your own is difficult, but Hawkins Creek has made it as easy as possible!

After having a fall requiring surgery, it was necessary to have my mom in assisted living nearby, 20 minutes, not 3 hours drive. The place is always clean, the food they serve the residents is great. The staff have a genuine care for the residents. The facility is well maintained. Compared to her previous facility, (which was running on a shoestring and a prayer,) Hawkins Creek has been exceptional. Same staff every time I visit. This is the best experience I’ve had. So happy they are close by. Mom is much happier too. Bonus! They know how to care about their resident’s welfare. Mom even plays the piano on Sundays.

My mom is in assisted living, and my dad is in memory care. I feel that both of them are well cared for. My dad was in another facility prior to coming to Hawkins Creek; the care and attention he receives at Hawkins Creek is far better than he received at the previous facility.

Finding Hawkins Creek was an absolute blessing. Chris & Beau made My Nana and I transitions from out of state as smooth as could possibly be. When I walked into Hawkins Creek for the second time after the remodel was complete, I was blown away by how beautiful, bright and airy it is. The welcoming professionalism from all the staff and genuine caring support is all one could ask for. Highly recommend for memory care and residential living.

My husband has been a resident of Hawkins Creek for almost a year. We are happy with his care and the fact that he is treated with respect and friendship among the staff. I chose this place for my husband because of its size, the fact that it is a single-story, home-like atmosphere. I appreciate the fact that anytime I have had a concern, it has been addressed immediately, and handled as quickly as possible.
