I attempted to get my grandmother in this community after I toured it and felt comfortable. Unfortunately my grandmother took a quick turn for the worse and will now receive in home care. Serena helped me with contacts and it was so helpful! I am grateful for her guidance!

Rockbrook Assisted Living is a very special place. The entire staff is exceptional! They are warm, welcoming and all work together to provide a wonderful environment for the residents. My dad loves it there!!

Rockbrook Assistant Care is a beautiful facility with the most caring staff. My dad is well taken care of at this amazing facility. I met the Executive Director, Sunnye and she welcomed my family with open arms. The staff truly care and are attentive to the residents. We are very pleased with the movement. This is the best place for my dad and he has adjusted very well.

Cannot tell you how pleased I found Rockbrook! The staff are kind, caring and professional. After less than 2 months I was able to take my mom on an outing from memory care for the first time in years and it was an enjoyable experience. We talked about Rockbrook being very homey... her reply was: "It's not just a home... it is family." She has stopped asking me to come get her and take her home. I want to thank everyone at Rockbrook, especially Resha for helping not only mom, but me as well, find her new home where she feels secure, cared for and yes, even loved.

This community has a very strong team that cares for each resident and allows them to live with dignity. Very active community in Lewisville conveniently located nearby hospitals and other skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers that they partner close with. Over the last 25 years I have had cause to visit many nursing homes and memory care facilities and have never been more impressed than with Rockbrook. Everything is clean and cheerful. The residents are kept busy, but each at their own pace. But most importantly, what I see here in abundance is TLC! Over and over again I have witnessed the staff demonstrate authentic human caring! To me this means more than anything. This is a very special place because of its very special staff.

Daisy from rock brook is a very generous and nice lady. She helped take care of something and donated some pizzas out to people and she didnt have to do that and she deserves to be rewarded from her generosity.
