I contacted Cedar Crest at the recommendation of my mother-in-law’s physician. Within a week, we were moving my mother-in-law, Martha, into her room thanks to the hard work of the Executive Director, Alan Little, and Gabby Sparks. The staff have been very responsive to all of our requests and concerns through a tough transition for Martha from independent living to assisted living. Martha is well cared for and loves her care givers as well as the food. Having been at Cedar Crest of Lewisville for a year now, Martha says, “This is the place to be” and “this is home”. I rate them as a 4 out of 5 due to some staff turnover.

I stopped by last week to visit my friend’s grandfather during lunch time. The staff made me feel welcomed and offered me a plate since I was visiting during that hour. Everyone made me feel at home. Also, the food tasted great! I’m happy to know that he is being taken good care of.

We had just gone through a traumatic event (at another facility) for my mother in law and needed a place pretty quick. From the moment l walked in Cedarcrest of Lewisville (without an appointment) I was very impressed with the staff. Stephanie (the first person you see here) is an amazing receptionist and was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed and at ease. She even helped put together a shelf for my mother in law! Gabby gave me a tour and assured me that we would be taken care of. She has such an outgoing personality and is perfect for her job and is very good it. She expedited the process for us which put us at ease. We really love the director Allen. He really runs a phenomenal facility and made us feel very safe. He went way out of his way to accommodate our situation. What a great director! Katherine is in charge of activities and special events for the residents. She is so good at her job. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and is so excited about her job, it really shows! She personally goes to my mother in laws room to invite her to the events in the center. To get her involved in making friends. This place is very organized from the medication techs as well as the chef and custodians are phenomenal. I feel so safe leaving our loved one here.

The Community Services Director Sandy Rasberry was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make the transition for my Mom from independent living to assisted extremely smooth and thoughtful. Sandy even took personal time to visit my Mom at the skilled nursing facility prior to her making the transition- again, amazing. The entire facility has been recently remodeled (looks great) and I felt very comfortable with the quality of care they would provide for my Mom while still letting her maintain a high level of freedom and independence. Your loved one will definitely be safe which was our greatest concern going in as my Mom is a high fall risk.

Just toured the under-renovation Cedar Crest Senior Living with Ms. Sandy Raspberry. It has changed so much for the better since I visited someone there about 10 years ago. Sandy gave me a great tour of all the different floorplans, and explained the pricing and such. She was very willing to work with me to help find the best fit for our mom, and to even customize a room if it turns out mom wants things a bit different. The common areas are really going to be beautiful when the renovation is all finished. Britton did a great job explaining all the various activities and such that go on. The staff was so friendly! Itll be five-star once the renovation work is all finished.

Allan and Sandy and their team went far above and beyond our expectations with helping to get my father-in-law into assisted living. They made the experience of moving my father-in-law out of his home a much smoother process than originally anticipated. The Cedar Crest team helped with every step including processing paperwork, health assessments (they went so far as to drive 2.5 hours to my father-in-laws home to perform the medical assessment) and even helping move furniture and getting the room situated. My father-in-law is very happy with his new home and new extended family!

My husband and I went to check out the facility for my mom who broke her hip recently and will need to move from independent living situation to assisted living. It was the weekend, so Sandy was not there but Cindy who was manning the front and phones was so kind, sweet and accommodated us for a quick tour. We also visited their Irving location and Gerri and Stacy were just as sweet. Its a genuine loving environment you feel the moment you walk in their doors. Both facilities were clean and no weird smell! LOL For anyone looking for a place you have to check them out. I think we found my Moms new home.

From the minute we walked in, we were SO impressed. There was absolutely nothing that we didnt love. We were met for our tour by Sandy Rasberry and were immediately treated like family. We also got to meet Allen, the Activities Director, who is Mr. Energy! Dad has been needing more social engagement, and there are so many activities planned. Britton, the Health and Wellness Director, told us about all the physical engagement that Dad would be receiving. This staff is amazing. After looking at and choosing the perfect room, we went home with the paperwork and are looking to move Dad in next week! Thank you Cedar Crest for providing this place for Dads level of care and well being!

The staff of Cedar Crest is so attentive to the patients that they care for. As a hospice administrator I always want to be able to assure the families that we place in assisted living facilities that the care their loved one will receive will be excellent, Cedar Crest does not disappoint. Allen Little, the Executive Director, makes sure his staff is informed about the details of each patient and family. Sandy Raspberry, meets each family with a warm smile and makes sure each patient feels right at home. Erick Collins the facility Wellness Director assesses each patients clinical needs and makes sure they are addressed in a timely fashion. I cant say enough about this team. They are getting it right!!!

We moved my Mom into Cedar Crest one week ago and we would like to thank the entire staff for being so welcoming and caring. Mom is 94 has really appreciated Sandy Rasberry for helping her find the right apartment that was newly and beautifully remodeled and conveniently located in the community. Director Allen Little is very hands on and relates so well to the residents. He is also very available and willing to address any questions we have. Erick, direct of Health and Wellness, and his staff have really stepped up to make sure Mom is well taken care of. We think Mom will really enjoy living here!

Mom and I were really impressed with their recent extensive renovations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and we plan to move Mom in soon.

Cant say enough about the team at Cedar Crest Senior Living Lewisville. Sandy, the marketer is a joy to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable of the community and care there. Allen Little, LVN shines as their Executive Director. Hes put together a wonderful team of professionals and care staff to care for their residents. Erick, the Wellness Director is fabulous. Communicates fabulously with families and Hospice staff to insure continuity of care. We at Precise Hospice enjoy our partnership with the community and each team player on staff. We refer to the building KNOWING our patients and families will have all their needs met while residing at their beautiful facility.

As an employee of a home health company, we are lucky to partner with and care for the residents at Cedar Crest of Lewisville! We have seen time and time again a phenomenal level of care, In both the assisted living and memory care sides of the community, and after years of working with this building I believe the current team of managers and caregivers is such a wonderful group. Alan, the ED keeps a close eye on all the day to day and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintains a level of professionalism and FUN and works every day with purpose and the outmost care for his residents and their families, staff, and vendors. Their wellness director, Erik, is a wonderful nurse and goes above and beyond to ensure that each resident has the appropriate care that they need.. we work in many other assisted living and memory care communities, and the coordination of care for residents at Cedar Crest is done effectively, efficiently, and timely. Sandy, their sales director is fantastic, and works with a sense of compassion and care for her residents and potential residents, that is hard to find! She does everything she can to make sure that a new residents transition into the community goes off without a hitch. In addition, Britton the activities director, Bernard, the maintenance director, Jennifer, the business Director, and every caregiver, front desk person, and Culinary staff member is a picture of what you want when choosing an Assisted Living Or Memory Care Community for you or your loved one. We love getting to work with Cedar Crest and care for their awesome residents and we appreciate And are impressed Time and time again how well their building and team members operate and care for their residents.

I called Cedar Crest because I need a place for my mom. My wife and I visited the other day. Let me share with you from the first phone call to the visit in these challenging times that we are in and what they had to go through to show the facility, and they did a great job. Sandy the location representative was so helpful and made us feel at home. This is a place you want to have your parents be and you would want to visit. Sandy is a cheerful and a very helpful person. She made sure we met as many staff as she could. I know my mom would be comfortable here as all the staff are caring and Sandy has an outgoing and glowing personality! The facility look clean for what we were able to see of it. Sandy get into the plan for my mom and address our concerns. Thank you, Sandy and Cedar Crest.

Wonderful community. They not only provide a safe environment where my grandmother can get the care she needs, they also watch out for her mental and emotional well being and work with me when I have a concern, and keep me in the loop.
