Super friendly and kind staff. All are committed to keeping residents happy, healthy and safe. It's clear that everyone enjoys their position, and Terrific communication, always answering my many questions, as well as solving difficult issues concerning my mother's transition. A large variety of food options in a pleasant restaurant-style environment. Snack choices are available throughout the day. (Clearly, the residents are well-fed as they enjoy quality time dining and conversing with fellow friends.) Activities offered are plenty. The activity directors are amazing, with great energy and enthusiasm during residents' time in session. My family is very pleased and COMFORTED having Arbor Terrace's staff keeping everyone Happy and Social. One negative is that I feel the facility could monitor visitors more closely upon arrival. I have walked right past Check-in station and monitor more than a few times.

This facility has been a blessing. We moved my mother with severe dementia from CA and she has settled in great! Everyone is so friendly and the place is very clean with activities that keeps it fun.

My mother in-law is a resident of the memory Care facility at the Arbor Lakeway. She has been there for the last 4 months. Prior to this time she was a resident of a different facilitie in Cedar Park. We have a few observations , we've noticed that her room is kept amazingly clean and the staff is in there all the time .in addition there has not been any issues with laundry. We are very happy and pleased. The most important item is the way in which the staff treats my mother in law . We have a camera in the room and on occasion, I've had an opportunity to listen and watch the interaction with staff and my mother in law. We are so pleased with the kindness, compassion and patience that the staff shows her on a regular basis. We know she can be difficult and stubborn . We are very pleased with how she's being treated in the Arbor Community . Whoever is in charge of hiring for the community has done a terrific job of putting together a really quality group of people

I recently toured Arbor Terrace. I was blow away at how nice it was. The residents clearly love it there. There were laughing and enjoying games. The staff was very friendly and insightful, especially Stephanie Lengers. The chef prepared some amazing food all from scratch. I give it 5 stars!

My wife has been a resident of the memory care facility for 2 months now and I can't say enough good things about the staff and facility. The staff are always attentive, kind and empathetic to the residents as well as the family members. The facility is always clean, well appointed and there are many living room areas that allows for varied visiting opportunities. This is the absolute best place for honey.

This community has helped my family tremendously! The new Administration and staff has gone above and beyond to provide care, support, encouragement and compassion for my loved one while most importantly helping to maintain her dignity. The Mother's Day Brunch provided us the experience of going to a fine dining restaurant without the hassle of crowds and over stimulation. When we arrived in the main lobby there was a beautiful ice sculpture with shrimp cocktail, mimosas, omelet/carving station and the homemade tiramisu/strawberry shortcake. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the same food choices were offered in the two Memory Care areas for my family to participate in. It's refreshing to see that these events and activities are catered to my loved one who suffers from dementia. After meeting and spending time with the new Administration team, they have brought a breath of fresh air to this community!

Our hospice team works closely with Arbor Terrace Lakeway, and I have seen firsthand the type of care that this community delivers. Jessica F the resident care director is amazing- her expertise and professionalism are superb. Brittany the memory care director is such an strong advocate for her residents. The marketing experts Stephanie and Theresa are also some of the best professionals I've ever worked with. I cannot leave out Mel, the concierge at the front desk. She is a breath of fresh air! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring, professional and competent team to care for their loved one!

UPDATE 2023 --- I think we are on the 6th facility nurse and 5th Director. So many MGMT changes, once you learn who is who, they are gone. Teresa, is the only member of the former administrative team that is still there, and she is an angel. New nursing team is the WORST. My dad has been there for 2 years. This week they decided he could no longer take his own pills. They came in his room when he was not there, confiscated ALL of his medication, and when I asked that the pills be accounted for A BOTTLE OF HYDROCODONE is missing. This is a truly sad situation, this place used to be amazing. Now, they bully the residents and family members, and steal pain pills. My dad is moving out this weekend. ***I'll be forever grateful to the staff that was there in 2021. Words cannot express the quality of care, Arbor Terrace provided. My mom was admitted as a two person transfer and raving lunatic--but they were willing to give us a chance. She can now get around on a walker and carry on some conversations. The staff is nothing short of amazing, and they genuinely love their jobs and the residents. ***2022 Update...jury is still out on the new administration.

I attended an event at Arbor Terrace. We were given a tour and were introduced to there Bridges program. The different of levels they have and the programs for each different level. To say that the community is so well laid out and welcoming is an understatement. But... when I listened to the program directors talk and introduced the the resources they use along with a true dedication to what they do for was just amazing. We moved my parents into Arbor Terrace just over a year ago and have been very happy with their experience there. The staff is warm and caring, often taking a few extra minutes to ask my parents how their day is. The staff also notices issues with my parents that need to be monitored. They worry whether my mom eats and is taking her meds. The facility is beautiful and has delicious foods - better than at other places we tried. Finally, anything we have brought up with Arbor Terrace has been resolved. From our experience, all places have things they can do better. The key to a great place is whether improvements are made once brought up. Arbor Terraces has been responsive to our requests. Our family highly recommends Arbor Terrace as a great place for your loved ones.

I moved my parents in two months ago. They have been married for 71 years. They didn't want to leave their home, but they weren't able to live on their own anymore. I thought the transition would be tough, but it hasn't been. They are happy, thriving, doing physical therapy, playing games, and finally enjoying this stage of their life. The food is delicious and the care team is wonderful. For the first time in years I'm able to sleep at night because I know they are safe and being taken care of. Their room is beautiful and the facility is gorgeous and always fresh and clean. Kathy Palmer is so kind and friendly and cares so very much about treating everybody with dignity and respect. The entire management group has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I'm so grateful my parents are at Arbor Terrace .

This is a wonderful community! I had the pleasure of meeting the majority of the staff this week with my stay in Austin. I overheard the Executive Director talking with a resident who was not having such a great day. She offered to get her some coffee and cookies or to even go on a walk with her. That is what it's all about right there folks. The staff is competent and efficient. The professionalism I witnessed deserves kudos to each and every staff member at this facility!

We moved our precious mom to Arbor Terrace in March 2021, a few months earlier than planned due to a serious fall that left her with broken bones and other slow healing injuries. We were not able to care for her at our home, but Teresa, whom we had been working with said they had an apartment and staff able to care for her as soon as she was released from the rehab hospital. It was such a relief, and Arbor Terrace has been a great fit for our mom ever since. Teresa has been there for us every step of the way. There were some struggles in other areas before the transition to new management, but ever since Kathy Palmer took over as Executive Director, Arbor Terrace has exceeded our expectations. The activities and holiday celebrations are outstanding. So many staff members have been amazing to work with and go out of their way to make sure all residents are cared for and happy.

Arbor Terrace is Amazing! The employees go above and beyond to keep their residents happy and entertained. (check out their Facebook page and itll melt your heart) My nana is always boasting about Arbor Terrace, which gives me peace of mind. This place goes above and beyond and it truly shows when you have such amazing and happy employees. Nana always loved her perms and they make sure her hair is still as beautiful. Consistent problems with care staff and cleanliness. Care staff don't wait for residents to answer their doors before using keys to enter - very disrespectful and can put residents in awkward positions (not being dressed, being on toilet, etc.). Apartment not clean upon move in; ongoing cleaning problems experienced. The front desk staff don't seem to know the policies. Visitation schedule is very limited, especially for family members who work full time. This is supposed to be a high-end facility and is very expensive. Voicing concerns to ED doesn't seem to help.

I have to say, since the new management team arrived Lagacy Oaks is much better than before. Ive attended events there and thought the food was very good. Took a tour today looking for a home for my mom. Was very impressed with the staff but was amazed with the residents. They were having so much fun with card games, quilting circle and crafts. Very clean and organized. Beutiful facility and cute apartments.

I cannot say enough positive things about The Harbor Senior Assisted Living at Lakeway, a Texas. My husband has been a resident at The Harbor Senior Assisted Living facility for the past 1 1/2 years. We are very pleased with the entire operation. An added bonus is its location next door to the Baylor Scott and White Hospital/Lakeway in case of need or emergency. My husband can only motivate in a wheel chair, has very little use of his legs and can not stand unaided. He is partially blind and has great difficulty hearing. He has very kind, efficient and responsive caregivers who strive to meet to his needs in a timely and proper manner. People like Dante, Rosa, Terrance, Cryil, Arthur, Anthony, Natalie, Natasha, Jessica, Tasha, Lillian, Dorothy, Frank and Noe to just mention a few. There are many more that go out of their way to make sure they give proper and excellent care and assure the dignity of each resident under their care. The management staff, led by John Redman, the Executive Director, is superb in responding to family and patient needs. The care staff are happy and make every effort to meet each resident's personal needs in a kind and pleasant manner. This is a wonderful reflection on the management staff, especially John Redman and Molly Nedley, the Personal Relations Director. Molly goes out of her way on a daily basis to assure each resident is receiving the care they need and deserve. The Harbor has many activities and equipment to assist and motivate their residents. The Harbor has a Happy Hour every M, W & F from 3:30-4:30 and this is a huge incentive that brings all the residents out of their apts for a really enjoyable social hour before dinner. Danna Scott is a dynamo at Happy Hour and assures the needs of each resident and guest is met quickly and efficiently. The facility tries to provide some form of entertainment during Happy Hour and the residents really look forward to these times. I just wanted you to know that I cannot say enough positive about The Harbor and encourage anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved ones to seriously consider The Harbor at Lakeway.

Recently toured the Harbor at Lakeway was very impressed. Staff seemed very friendly. Based on what I saw there seems to be a ton of activities going on. It has a very welcoming atmosphere.

I'm very impressed by how outgoing and caring the staff is. I just started working here on July 26th and have been very impressed by how they plan so many activities and care so much about their residents! Employees that dedicated are exactly what you need, and I have only good things to say, even though their expectations are even higher than you would think for how they want things to be. I only imagine this place becoming better and am already impressed thus far!
