This community has helped my family tremendously! The new Administration and staff has gone above and beyond to provide care, support, encouragement and compassion for my loved one while most importantly helping to maintain her dignity. The Mother's Day Brunch provided us the experience of going to a fine dining restaurant without the hassle of crowds and over stimulation. When we arrived in the main lobby there was a beautiful ice sculpture with shrimp cocktail, mimosas, omelet/carving station and the homemade tiramisu/strawberry shortcake. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the same food choices were offered in the two Memory Care areas for my family to participate in. It's refreshing to see that these events and activities are catered to my loved one who suffers from dementia. After meeting and spending time with the new Administration team, they have brought a breath of fresh air to this community!

UPDATE 2023 --- I think we are on the 6th facility nurse and 5th Director. So many MGMT changes, once you learn who is who, they are gone. Teresa, is the only member of the former administrative team that is still there, and she is an angel. New nursing team is the WORST. My dad has been there for 2 years. This week they decided he could no longer take his own pills. They came in his room when he was not there, confiscated ALL of his medication, and when I asked that the pills be accounted for A BOTTLE OF HYDROCODONE is missing. This is a truly sad situation, this place used to be amazing. Now, they bully the residents and family members, and steal pain pills. My dad is moving out this weekend. ***I'll be forever grateful to the staff that was there in 2021. Words cannot express the quality of care, Arbor Terrace provided. My mom was admitted as a two person transfer and raving lunatic--but they were willing to give us a chance. She can now get around on a walker and carry on some conversations. The staff is nothing short of amazing, and they genuinely love their jobs and the residents. ***2022 Update...jury is still out on the new administration.

Words cannot express the quality of care, Arbor Terrace provides. My mom was admitted as a two person transfer and raving lunatic--but they were willing to give us a chance. She can now get around on a walker and carry on some conversations. The staff is nothing short of amazing, and they genuinely love their jobs and the residents. I recommend them highly, and genuinely WARN you of other facilities, especially the ones who offer memory care.

Arbor Terrace is Amazing! The employees go above and beyond to keep their residents happy and entertained. (check out their Facebook page and itll melt your heart) My nana is always boasting about Arbor Terrace, which gives me peace of mind. This place goes above and beyond and it truly shows when you have such amazing and happy employees. Nana always loved her perms and they make sure her hair is still as beautiful. I would give this place ten stars if I could and recommend them to everyone!!

Took a tour today looking for a home for my mom. Was very impressed with the staff but was amazed with the residents. They were having so much fun with card games, quilting circle and crafts. Very clean and organized. Beutiful facility and cute apartments.

Legacy Oaks is a wonderful assisted living home. The building is immaculate and everything is brand new. Molly and Nikki take a huge interest in the residents and their quality of care. I have to say, since the new management team arrived Lagacy Oaks is much better than before. Ive attended events there and thought the food was very good. There is always a ton of events planned on the Activies Calendar for the residents. If you or your parents are looking for a higher level of care than look no further. I cannot say enough positive things about The Harbor Senior Assisted Living at Lakeway, a Texas. My husband has been a resident at The Harbor Senior Assisted Living facility for the past 1 1/2 years. We are very pleased with the entire operation. An added bonus is its location next door to the Baylor Scott and White Hospital/Lakeway in case of need or emergency. My husband can only motivate in a wheel chair, has very little use of his legs and can not stand unaided. He is partially blind and has great difficulty hearing. He has very kind, efficient and responsive caregivers who strive to meet to his needs in a timely and proper manner. People like Dante, Rosa, Terrance, Cryil, Arthur, Anthony, Natalie, Natasha, Jessica, Tasha, Lillian, Dorothy, Frank and Noe to just mention a few. There are many more that go out of their way to make sure they give proper and excellent care and assure the dignity of each resident under their care. The management staff, led by John Redman, the Executive Director, is superb in responding to family and patient needs. The care staff are happy and make every effort to meet each resident's personal needs in a kind and pleasant manner. This is a wonderful reflection on the management staff, especially John Redman and Molly Nedley, the Personal Relations Director. Molly goes out of her way on a daily basis to assure each resident is receiving the care they need and deserve. The Harbor has many activities and equipment to assist and motivate their residents. The Harbor has a Happy Hour every M, W & F from 3:30-4:30 and this is a huge incentive that brings all the residents out of their apts for a really enjoyable social hour before dinner. Danna Scott is a dynamo at Happy Hour and assures the needs of each resident and guest is met quickly and efficiently. The facility tries to provide some form of entertainment during Happy Hour and the residents really look forward to these times. I just wanted you to know that I cannot say enough positive about The Harbor and encourage anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved ones to seriously consider The Harbor at Lakeway.

Recently toured the Harbor at Lakeway was very impressed. Staff seemed very friendly. Based on what I saw there seems to be a ton of activities going on. It has a very welcoming atmosphere.

I'm very impressed by how outgoing and caring the staff is. I just started working here on July 26th and have been very impressed by how they plan so many activities and care so much about their residents! Employees that dedicated are exactly what you need, and I have only good things to say, even though their expectations are even higher than you would think for how they want things to be. I only imagine this place becoming better and am already impressed thus far!
