I am a family member for a resident at Carriage Inn. The staff members are always friendly and caring. They disperse medications with precision. They facility is clean and well maintained. The food is delicious. The only thing I can say that could be improved is the number of staff members at certain times. Weekends and holidays are often staffed lighter than normal week days. Overall, I would highly recommend Carriage Inn to anyone that is needing an assisted living facility.

I have been employed at Carriage Inn for almost 5 years. I honestly can say it has been, by far, the best place to spend my hours. The residents and staff are truly amazing! The care they offer Assisted Living and Memeory Care is the best I have experienced. If you or your family are looking for a new home, I strongly encourage you to check us out. Moving Mother to Carriage Inn was the best decision I made for her in her last years. The social interactions available to her made her healthier and happier. The services such as meals and house keeping were so helpful and took the stress off of us both. We both could come and go as we pleased, but I knew she was safe and well cared for 24/7 by a very loving and competent staff. My mother lived at Carriage Inn for 6+ months prior to her passing unexpectedly. She was in the independent living area in a very nice 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with a private patio and courtyard. I chose Carriage Inn because of their progressive care ability. Fortunately we did not need assisted living or memory care before she passed, but I expected we would have should she have lived longer and I did not want to have to move her multiple times.

Our experience with Carriage Inn has been excellent. The facility is lovely, clean and inviting. The staff is efficient, and several were especially kind and thoughtful. Nicole Patrick is to be commended for her professionalism as well as her genuine concern for us.

My mom has been living at Carriage Inn for the past 4 years. It has been a wonderful experience for us all. Her apartment is nice and filled with light. She even has a patio to sit on. All the staff are extremely helpful and courteous to us her family and caregivers. During the on going COVID pandemic Carriage Inn has been communicating with the families often about any changes. They took measures right away to ensure the safety of all the residents. Thank you to everyone and I highly recommend Carriage Inn for care for your family or self.

I have lived here at The Carriage Inn for almost 2 years and I love it. I am never alone UNLESS I choose to be alone. We have all different types of activities to do and places to go. ,No, I dont like every food item they fix and neither does anyone else, but here is always something that you will like. We have a Ice Cream Shop that we can go to 3 to 4 times a week and some type of tasty treat is set out for us to try daily. They provide different types of entertainment and events just about every week. This would be way to lengthy for me to try and tell you everything there is to do here, but I just wanted to say it is aGREAT place to live. Every staff member is fantastic and they all go above and beyond the normal to make sure you are comfortable .if you are looking for a great place to live with good neighbors and a staff that truly cares for you, then this is the place you want to be.

Carriage Inn at Lake Jackson was very good. I was pleased with it. I liked the atmosphere. The residents seemed to be in good spirits and happy. Everything was clean and well kept. The services seemed to be working well. They seemed to be well managed. I was shown some one- and two-bedrooms with plenty of space. They offered several different levels of care. The housekeeping was taken care of, and there was an in-house beauty shop. The staff was attentive with the residents.

This place is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the apt. I was shown in assisted living. Really spacious. The Seniors that we saw that day out and about were friendly. That's important. There is so many programs for them to do. I knew letting my mom stay, she would be in good hands. The whole facility is decorated nicely.
