Having had quite a bit of experience with caregiving, nursing facilities, hospitals, and patient care, I can say without hesitation that Monument Hill far exceeds what is considered acceptable care. The facility itself is secure, clean and welcoming. The staff is professional, caring and accessible, making their residents feel truly cared for. The food is good and the kitchen staff helpful and accommodating. There are sitting groups and activities, giving the residents opportunities to do things together. My sister is a new resident and we are all so very happy! A special thanks to Emily Scott, Bill, Courtney, Brandon, Mary, Antwan, and the best CNAs !!!!!

Monument Hill has been an excellent choice for my sister. The therapists have gone above and beyond while treating her. The staff are very caring and supportive. From the administration to the nurses and aides we have been very satisfied with their attention to the residents.

Kimberly the van driver is awesome! She is very sweet and took great care of my dad as she drove him to and from his doctors appt. She communicated her arrival and waited for us in the parking lot while my dad was at his appt. It was such a great help to me!!

Emily Bellue/Scott did an excellent job coordinating my stay! The whole rehabilitation experience was excellent and well organized! All of my needs were met in every way! The employees of each department worked well together! Very professional and fun too!

My mom’s experience with the CNA’s at Monument Hill has been mixed, but mostly positive. These four individuals are worthy of special recognition for their kind, gentle, and competent care: Candace, Cassandra, Deborah, and Michael. Unfortunately, there was one CNA who stole from my mom’s possessions, even though there was a camera monitoring the bedroom. The administration was skeptical until presented with video evidence. If you have a loved one in a care facility, I highly recommend that you employ a security camera for the safety and protection of your family member.

My SIL has been here since beginning of November and she has been treated wonderfully. Liz Rodriguez has been awesome answering any questions I have and making sure everything I request happens. Antwon Grant has fixed everything we’ve asked about and is super friendly. The Kinsey, the speech therapist has been extremely helpful and encouraging. She takes the time to explain things. Veronica Garza has been very encouraging through this stg. The DON has been very )accommodating and answers every question I ask her. The current Activity Director is wonderful. She’s so bubbly and always has a smile on her face. The kitchen staff has made every attempt to provide the food my SIL likes when she asks for it. Several CNA’s (Gabrielle, Michelle, Michael) have been extremely passionate even though they seem to be understaffed regularly. Some employees have left and I miss them. Tammy (the driver), Pam and Paul (nurse aids).
