This facility is so wonderful and clean! Everyone is so welcoming and greets you with a huge smile on their faces. They have a new nurse, Tracy who is fantastic and Zeke is one of the best nurses I have ever met! Their Director of Sales and Marketing, Krystal, care so deeply for all of the residents and I see the way she interacts with the residents as if they were her very own family. I highly recommend this amazing community, if you are looking to place your loved ones!

Finding Auberge for my husband has been a real blessing to our family Crystal was able to facilitate the process for me as it was so very hard to make this decision to move my husband there. She was patient, kind. And so reassuring during the process. She took time to listen to all my concerns and I cannot thank her enough for guiding me thru it all. She has been wonderful to call or text with me when I needed her help to work thru having my husband there.. she reassured me, that he would have a whole team of people taking care of him and totally knew I was doing the right thing not only for my husband but for me tooI couldn’t do it anymore at home Kenny, Eddie, the med tech, and the nurse have also been great.. he recently had a set back and had to spend a week in the hospital. The staff there came to the hospital to check on him and me. They are such a caring bunch and I feel like they are family too. I cannot say enough good thing about them all including the care givers that take care of my husband. So many activities are offered for the residents and the food is really good too. Krystal is the most caring sales person. She literally goes out of her way to love on the residents as if they were her own family. She is so compassionate and makes sure her residents have a smile on their face. She makes the process easy and is warm and welcoming.

The Auberge is not only a lovely facility but a loving team. The team here is all about caring for their residents and families. There isn’t a manager insight that isn’t willing to go above and beyond. Krystal and Kenny are always coming up with amazing way to engage with the residents and families and the Chef here will make you want to stay for dinner! I highly recommend their services.

Having a family member with Alzheimer’s is a scary experience, it feels like we’re loosing our loved one and then deciding what’s the best place of care for them is even harder but when you meet someone at a facility that you can tell loves their job and is very kind and knowledgeable in this area gives you peace of mind. That’s exactly what Krystal Narinesingh did for us, and we wanted to share this with others that may be looking for someone who has compassion towards our loved ones it’s not easy to find a place where we feel comfortable knowing our loved one is loving hands , but speaking with Krystal that’s exactly what we felt. Last week I attended Family Night at The Auberge Kingwood. The family members and their loved ones had a great time singing, laughing, and enjoying the delicious food. By the way, the Auberge staff were also having a great time. You could feel the loving atmosphere and that everyone felt right at home!!

I toured in search of a memory care home for my uncle with progressive dementia. Although we still have some time until he moves to Texas, I really enjoyed being what the Auberge in Kingwood had to offer. This is a beautiful memory care community that feels like home. Everything from the food (the cookies and muffins are delicious) to the garden with the gazebo, walking path, herb garden, floral garden, and putting green. I really love the fact that all of their residents were always smiling and enjoying themselves, this in itself speaks volumes.

I have family at the Auberge Kingwood. Even though it says memory care not everyone there is. Some are just assisted living. It’s a small community and has a HUGE family vibe. We couldn’t be happier with care, food, activities or management.

I love the Auberge in Kingwood because of the love and passion that is provided here. Their SPARK program truly finds someone’s individual SPARK and utilize that for everyday learning and care. The Auberge accepts more than your traditional AL/MC. They accept two person assist, Hoyer lifts, injectables, and other medical conditions. A community that lives by the age in place model that so many other claim. Additionally, we have staff that have been here 16, 18, 20 & 21 years. That’s longevity you won’t find elsewhere. Not perfect, but striving to do good in this community is top notch!

Catoya has gone above and beyond to make the Auberge our first choice for my mom! She was at a previous facility who had no patience for her sassy "manager" personality or her sundowners and even referred to her as crazy for normal behaviors that present with dementia. The staff at Auberge have the most care in the world, and take care in my mom's harder moments! When visiting, you can see them treat all the other residents with the most respect and care as well. They communicate well & they're always doing something to engage their residents. Mom is a hard woman to please (her dream is to live with me) but she's been her most satisfied here!

I have only good memories of the great care given my mother at Kingwood Siverado now Auberge. All aspects of the care there was excellent and many of the staff cried right along with us at Mom's passing two years ago this coming March.

My stepfather has been at The Auberge since it was Silverado. The staff is very patient with him even when he gets combative. He has never been a great eater, but he loves the food here. Every time I've been to visit, the facility has been clean and the staff has been friendly. I wouldn't feel comfortable with my stepfather living anywhere else!
