Lynn the social worker was great during the discharge process and made sure that care was in place for her when she got home. My mom was placed here just over 1 year ago. Of course placing a loved one in a home is hard decision to make . I worried about thinking they don’t know her and all the things that can go wrong . She unfortunately passed away at the end of August and I can’t express what an amazing facility this is . My mom was cared for with compassion, kindness , patience , respect and understanding all the way to the end . The staff became my family. They went above and beyond their job description every time they stepped into my mom’s room. Tara and Victoria always answered my texts , my calls and no matter what time of the or night they were there to put my mind and heart at ease . Hope was so kind and loving while giving my mom her meds towards the end when she couldn’t take them herself . I can never thank them enough for all they did for my mom and also for me . Tara and Victoria even came To my mom’s services to show her respect and to be there for me . I want to thank ALL staff for everything.
