Speaking for myself And Brookdale resident sister, this place is a must to visit or live in an almost like home atmostphere. Planned daily activities help lift the spirits along with daily exercises. Nice lounge dining areas. Safety is their number one goal.

My mother has been at Brookdale for 3 1-2 years, she feels safe and enjoys interactions with the staff. She likes the activities and conversing with the other residents. It is very clean and well maintained. Sergio, Chesney, Albert, Oscar and Bobbi have been accessible and pleasant to work with. I appreciate all the precautions they have taken during this pandemic and the updates on changes they have communicated to me. We are pleased with the care here.

I have worked with Brookdale Kerrville for 4 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is friendly, understanding, caring, and there is always a very thoughtful activity going on to engage the residents. Even through the pandemic, they came up with safe activities. The staff listens to the residents and truly care about their well-being. They make every effort to make sure their residents feel at home and comfortable. I have grown to love the staff and would recommend them to my loved ones.

Everyone is so very kind. Management is always trying to find ways to help financially or any other way they can. Brokedale is a cozy family environment. I am so very grateful for all they do for my father.

We strongly recommend Brookdale Kerrville on Leslie Drive. We moved my 96 yr old Mom to Brookdale Kerrville in August 2019 after a number of less than ideal experiences at other facilities. Sergio and his team have done an excellent job for her. They are very responsive to her needs, communicate with us extremely well (best weve seen) and have adapted extremely well to the Covid-19 restrictions. Activities Dir, Albert, is GREAT. He is loving, fun, respectful and high energy. Initiating an option to connect with my Mom via FaceTime has been HUGE for us... its the only way my mom has been able to see her first great granddaughter! Bobbi and all the care staff (Nikki, Chesney, Tara and Chance to name a few) have been very respectful, helpful and responsive when weve interacted with them in-person or on the phone. We cant thank them enough for the way they care for my Mom... who can be difficult at times! My mom is flourishing here at Brookdale!

Although my mother is not memory-challenged, the interactions with staff (vs other residents) at Brookdale keep her stimulated and engaged. It was a good call to choose this location for its smaller, less institutionalized atmosphere while still guided by corporate structure and processes. Any and all activities entertain and cheer her, though we wish there were more on the weekends. While the precautions for COVID are frustrating to her, they are necessary, and the caring, cheerful nature of the staff and their understanding those frustrations are helpful. She absolutely adores Albert, Sergio and Oscar as well as the majority of the staff. Thank you for caring about her!

Before admitting my wife into Brookdale (Leslie) I looked at a number of other memory care facilities not only looking at the facility but watching the patients and the employees. Brookdale had by far the most interactive atmosphere with the patients, the rooms are spacious and pleasant and the employees are considerate and patient with not only the patients but with the patients relatives . The Brookdale management is always understanding and easy to work with.

My mother was in Independent Living at the Brookdale facility on Plaza Dr. and then we moved her to the Brookdale Memory Care facility. She loved the Independent Living facility, and she is OK with the Memory Care facility. It was the right call to relocate her, and she has adjusted. The staff are kind to her; she says the food isnt as good. Im very pleased with their precautions during the COVID pandemic and feel very thankful knowing they are careful and she is safe. Sergio is very responsive and attentive. Im pleased.

This community has really provided me with a peace of mind knowing my mother is in good hands. They are doing a great job caring for her and needs. The staff is wonderful. They are really good at what they do. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. They are really treating her sweet, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. I would recommend this community, it is a nice place.

The community overall was beautiful. The staff was very well trained a knowledgeable. I had a chance to view the rooms which looked good and were kept very clean. The only reason I chose not to go with this place was simply the level of c are my mother requires.
