I had dropped a small bag beside my car and Izy (Mntnc) had picked it up and placed it on the windshield of my car. This was such an emotional relief that he had taken His time and Kindness to put that bag (that contained very important papers) under my windshield wipers. He is an Extremely Wonderful and compassionate person that you have employed. I can't thank him enough for what he has done.

I was given a tour of the property by Audrey and was floored on how clean, well maintained it was. The staff here was really nice and friendly - caring! The residents really made their apartments look homey, decorated beautifully and so many activities planned for the residents to do!! They even have a bus to take residents to the grocery stores and on outings!! In comparison to another senior living facility I checked, this is 100% better and I'm hoping to become a resident soon to enjoy this lifestyle as well. I've been at Grand Parkway Senior Apts since Nov 2022 relocated here from VA, and so far the experience has been wonderful.The staff is great, the facility offers a variety of activities and the complex is very secure.

On Saturday we took a tour of the Grand Parkway apartments, we liked everything. The complex looks clean and tidy, it has a chapel, a library, they show movies twice a week and the apartments are very good. We were amazed, the girl from the leasing office is spectacular, Audrey treated us excellently, very collaborative and friendly. I think we are going to rent here, we definitely loved it

Completed everything from Belgium. Just had to sign the lease when I arrived back in the US. Every question was answered on line and the apartment is just as great as I hoped it would be. Everything is neat and clean everywhere I have seen. The other residents all seem very nice and I have heard no disturbing noises at all. It is very quiet here. Everyone on the staff have been very nice and helpful. The front office people are very helpful and don't seem to be bothered regardless of how trivial your questions may be.

This place has the best staff and I'm glade my grandparents call Grand Parkway their home! Alex has helped them so much, making them feel right at home, and she is very helpful! My husband and I toured Grand Parkway Senior apartments when we came to help a friend settle in. Her apartment was lovely and secure. The Manager Jennifer was checking on her and offered to show us around. The amenities are great - but it's the residents in groups swimming or playing cards that really made us think this is a great place to land. Very active senior community!

We looked at several places in Katy for my grandparents and Grand Parkway fit both ours and their needs. The property was clean, manicured, and updated. We saw several people playing games in the club room and they seemed to really enjoy living there. Jennipher was kind and a tremendous help who was very knowledgeable in answering our many questions! My parents have been living at the Grandparkway apartments for a few years and they have nothing but good things to say. They love the amenities, especially the pool. But my mom is always raving about all of the events the management team has for them. She says the manager, Jennifer is very kind and really cares about her tenants. We highly recommend. The only complaint is she's a little scared of the ducks.

It is amazing is to have the same familiar office staff to greet me day to day. Like Izzy the grounds keeper and Ruth. Also,Jesus and Jose who are excellent maintenance crew.I incountered a personal bump in the road as a tenant. I know my mother will love it here. Update! My mom has been in property for years and just LOVES it here. Their manager, Jennipher does events and even provides dinner on occasion. My mom moved in here almost a year ago, and she absolutely loves it! Jennipher in the office has been very helpful, especially with helping my mom get acclimated to living somewhere new and making her feel welcomed and cared about. They are all pleasant and kind in the office. The whole property is so well-kept, and maintenance issues are remedied promptly. Really glad we chose Grand Parkway for her now that she's retired.

Just toured The Grand Parkway apartments and I'm so amazed by the customer service I received today! Jennipher was so helpful and friendly! The complex overall is very clean and I like that there is plenty of parking available when I drove around. This complex is definitely in my top 3 so far!

On 1st sight the grounds are gorgeous it only looks 2-5 yrs old. The staff Ms A, gave me a wonderful tour of the building. It's got a movie room, library, a view of the duck pond which is blissful. The grounds are pristinely kept. Outdoor BBQ enclosed in stone shelter, large heated pool, (you could see the steam) and personal storage spaces what a well thought out floor plan. My 94 year old mother has been living at The Grand Parkway Apartment and she loves it!!! I was in the apartment industry for 23 years and I have to say that Margie is totally awesome!! She always greats you with a smile and always ask how's everything in the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment community!!!! We love it here my wife calls it her resort living. Love apartment, and everything you have to offer. Office staff the greatest. Loved how they kept us updated on covert and how they helped keep us all safe. Maintenance staff is so good and friendly. Sure hope y'all appreciate them much as we do. Just signed new lease. My favorite is closed hallways and elevators. My wife is known by everyone as pool girl out there 2/3 times a day even cold weather. Swims at nigh and loves hot tub, Izy takes such pride in pool and he should. Love all the ducks and birds our lake attracts. I just renewed our lease 3 yrs here. This is Kathie Jack's wife. There is so much always going on you could never get bored.Anytime I need to go to office it's a nice visit. They spend time with you more then just helping you. Our manager Jennipher is so cute and helpful., shes always ready to listen and help us .These ladies care about us and they go above just being office staff, they are part of our family's . My favorite thing about living here is the quietness of the residency. Also the management is friendly and courteous. And maintenance people are available very quickly to fix or take care of problems that may occur. People leave only when they have to for health or financial reasons.

Took my parents for a tour today and found the community to be very nice. The amenities were awesome and the apartment was spacious with great features. My parents liked the property also. Alex was wonderful. I stopped by without an appointment on this weekend and she was gracious enough to show us a unit and provide all the details about the community. Had a great virtual tour with Audrey today and she was patient with all my questions and showed me all around the property. It seems like a very nice place for active 55+ people. Lots to do but totally independent living. There are pros and cons to anywhere you chose to live based on your priorities but this property has more pros than cons for me. Nothing stood out as questionable to me and it seems like a nice, quiet place for those of a certain age that don't want to be living with the noise sometimes associated with families and younger adults.

I moved in May 2022 and I love living here. The office staff is amazing. The maintenance guys are so polite and Ruth the housekeeper does an amazing job of keeping all the buildings spotless. I’ve engaged in many of the activities and have met some great people. I would highly recommend this senior apartment complex.

She asked me questions about what I was looking for in my search to find an apartment that I would like in size and amenities and the amount of monthly rent I was willing to pay. Audrey at The Grand Parkway gave a great tour of the property. My mom and dad who have been living in the rual countryside for over 50 years and decided to move into the Katy area closer to the hospitals found the perfect place they loved all the staff and residents there. They will finally be able to relax and enjoy their retirement.

Nice apartments and have a number of floor plans to accommodate different needs. They have a lot of amenities both here at the apartments and off site activities. The staff is nice and maintenance usually fixes problems in a timely manner.
