I moved in May 2022 and I love living here. The office staff is amazing. The maintenance guys are so polite and Ruth the housekeeper does an amazing job of keeping all the buildings spotless. I’ve engaged in many of the activities and have met some great people. I would highly recommend this senior apartment complex.

I looked at a few places before picking Grand Parkway Seniors and I love it here. The leasing staff is very kind and informative. Jennipher, the manager keeps the place looking very nice. She has always been helpful. The maintenance staff is great and quick.

The entire staff office and maintenance are terrific! Jack and I feel that the staff goes above and beyond. Raul has always gone above what is expected of him. Izzy keep the cleanest pool in Texas! We love the Grand Parkway.

Maintenance is on top of any issues, Raul fix my light in my kitchen. He said he will order the part and try to come back next day. He got the part and came back next day and fix my light. Now I dont have to cook in the dark. Thanks Raul!

I have lived here for several years and the staff is like family to me. They are prompt with maintenance request. Any time I speak with the manager, Jennipher, she is attentive and polite. I recommend this community to all my friends.

I just reported my disposal was not working and it was temporarily fixed that same day. A new one was ordered snd within 2 days, it was replaced with a new one.Great service snd thanks, Raul. You are the best maintenance man, always smiling, very efficient and courteous.

The Grand Parkway is a beautiful place to live. My friend Robin Abernathy moved in last week and is quickly getting her home in order. She has a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with a large patio with views of the swimming pool and the lake next to it so she gets to see her ducks! It is early days but so far the staff and maintenance have been very helpful.

We were going g yo move both my parents in but my dad passed away before hand. The facility is beautiful, the driver of the van which takes residents to the store is also a handy man and will hang items for residents. He is exceptionally kind to e everyone. The residents are offered a lot of engaging activities that they can choose to participate in. The only complaint I have is that the rent is quite high and they regularly raise the rent to keep up with market conditions. This is tough for people like my mom who only has a meager pension and surviving SSI as income. I understand that this is a business ess and they have a lovely facility, but with my dad passing away a week before they were both to move in, its making it financially impossible for my mom to stay there. I would strongly suggest that people planning to move into this facility have a large nest eg to live on, as it is not cheap to live there. You do get a beautiful apartment and facility and security but it all comes at a cost.

Really nice place for my mother in law. I dont live there so I cant give it 5 stars. The apartments seem really nice have really large closets. The bathroom is pretty large for an apartment. I did notice that the entrance gate was broken for quite some time but appears to be working now. Its really nice that you can also rent a garage or small storage space.
