I've been in health care for many years and been in multiple communities but Silvercrest is home. I have worked for Silvercrest since October of 2023 and it has been a great experience. From being a care giver and medication technician to becoming the new Executive Director. I have seen the multiple changes of growth and diversity that we in our Community. Our staff have such servant hearts and it's proven the way we care for our residents and families and each other. We are deeply rooted in love and compassion every resident is an extension of our family. Every one feels like family I love the smaller home settings our love ones get more personal care and attention. Silvercrest has been a great place to call home for me. Now it's your turn.

This is an outstanding facility with an amazing professional, caring staff! Recommend highly!! My mother was at another facility that left me actually frightened for her lack of care. Dara and Angie helped make my mom's transfer to Silver Crest seamless and moving to Silver Crest was the best thing that has happened for my mother and for our family. My mother gets the most caring, personal attention imaginable! Renee is a most wonderful Activities Director as well as an amazing aide to every resident. Felicia is the wonderful onsite nurse who is intimately involved and knowlegable about every resident and their needs. And Xavier is the outstanding chef who prepares fresh, excellent meals and goes out of his way to make sure every resident and family member are well cared for at meal time and always. There is no way to adequately thank each and every staff member who gives their heart and soul to the care of the Silver Crest residents.

After a bad experience at a previous facility, Silvercrest was recommended to my family for my mother. The change in my mother in a very short time has been phenomenal. The loving and personal care from each caregiver, med tech and nurse is what we all wish for our loved ones. Besides the wonderful care, the facility is bright, cheery and has a very comfortable home feel including delicious meals thoughtfully prepared by Chef Xavier. My family will forever be thankful for the love & compassion shown by Angie & Felicia.

When you have to move a family member to senior care, it can be overwhelming. Our dad did not have dementia but he had a lot of physical issues that required a little more attention. He lived there for almost a year and he was cared for by the nurses and caretakers, as if he was their own family. I don't think I ever knew ( until my dad moved there) that such quality care was available in senior living. The property itself is beautiful, clean and well kept. It's the staff though, that make this facility so special . They are blessed to have employees that truly give their all. At my dads memorial- 5 members of the staff came. They took time out of their own days off to pay respects. My family was amazed and we are in as of such quality human beings. Thank you to the caretakers of Silvercrest.

Silver Crest Living Center Ms. Yvonne is such a caring, hardworking, dedicated, ambitious, supervisor, on site nurse, and the list could go on! There is never a time she hasn't been available to help staff or the residents!!!!! If ever you want to have a safe environment for your loved ones or a career that makes a difference then this is the place!!!

My wife with Dementia is a resident at SilverCrest since June 2023. The management team of Dara, Angie, and Felicia are top notch! All staff members are very professional, friendly, and devoted to providing excellent care for the residents. The facility is very modern, well maintained and arranged, and immaculate! They all do a very good job of keeping the residents engaged with numerous activities. The food quality is excellent, nutritious, and prepared by a dedicated culinary staff. I am very happy that my wife is in such great care at SilverCrest.They are all like family to me !!

SilverCrest is a new, nice, clean facility with 2 buildings. The staff is incredibly caring and friendly! Everyone, from the President down, is involved in the day-to-day care of the residents, knows everyone's likes and dislikes and ensures everyone is comfortable and feels at home. They offer daily activities to keep the residents interactive, stimulated and entertained. The professional chef on staff prepares fresh, healthy, delicious meals. This is not a facility, it's a family!

I recently moved my father into Silvercrest from another facility and am so happy I did. Angie went over and beyond in helping me get my dad moved. In just a few weeks I have seen a great change in him and his personal care. This facility adds so many personal touches for each resident and truly care about them. My dad isn't stuck in a filthy room just wasting away the staff includes him and knows what he likes and doesn't like. I am so grateful for all the staff and thank them so much.

I have worked in a retirement community in the past and now have clients in multiple nursing and retirement communities. Silvercrest, by far is the cleanest, upscale, and organized facility I've ever been in. I was working very hard over there today and when I was done the chef looked over at me from across the room and asked me if I was hungry! No one has ever gone out of their way for me like that! The staff is so attentive and professional. I love all of the executives that work there. They truly care about their residents and treat their vendors such as myself as though we know what we are doing. Thanks y'all m!! Keep up the amazing work!

I moved my family member to SilverCrest from another facility several months ago. SilverCrest is extremely well kept - clean, bright and beautiful. The management and caregivers go above and beyond to make the residents happy and comfortable. They are in tune with each individual's likes and dislikes and cater to them accordingly. There is an on staff chef, who prepares fresh delicious and nutritious, meals and snacks daily. The residents are extremely well taken care of. I am so grateful to the management and staff of SilverCrest. I now consider them all "family". Anyone deciding to move a loved one to SilverCrest can be assured that they will be extremely well cared for.

I love the community, I had a wonderful experience, I love the flat rate no hint cost . The community is beautiful . I also love it because the residents are not in a locked location. They are able to enjoy their home , because it's just as if they moved into a new home with assistance.

I visited Silvercrest Senior Living recently and was very impressed. The facility is brand new, looks very welcoming, the people I met there were super friendly. It has all of the latest Covid cleanliness infrastructure (filtration, etc.) and they are even able to take care of people with Alzheimer. It's the best assistant living facility I have seen, definitely the best in Houston.
