In September, my mom experienced a serious condition causing her to have emergency surgery at 94 years of age. After remaining in the hospital for weeks, then to a skilled nursing facility (which was awful), she had a difficult time recovering. She remained in bed and did not walk for weeks before and after surgery, she developed an upper respiratory illness which got worse while in skilled nursing and was not eating. We visited many Assisted Living Facilities and decided on Caydance Assisted Living and Memory Care. After 2 to 3 weeks of receiving care at Caydance, my mom's condition improved to the point that she is now eating, receiving OT and PT, talking a lot, smiling and thriving. This is the best facility for anyone needing extra care, in my opinion. The employees actually show concern for the residents and respond quickly when needed. From the administrators to the personal care employees, they have shown nothing but professionalism, care and concern for their residents. Everyone I have encountered at Caydance (administrators, front desk staff, nursing staff, pharmacy staff, personal care staff) genuinely show care, concern and courtesy to all living or visiting their facility. Never have I witnessed anything remotely concerning while visiting my mom and seldom have I missed a day. So, in the event that a facility is needed, whether long-term or short-term, Caydance is highly recommended.

Caydance is a wonderful place to be apart of. My name is Paris and I'm the Lifestyle Director. I really enjoy providing purposeful programs for the residents. Seven years at Caydance had been extremely heartwarming, spending everyday with the residents and building a bond is the best part of my job. I inform everyone that working for Caydance you have to have a passion for what you do, it's definitely not just a job for me.Caydance is truly my home away from home, if you're looking for a great community that provides excellent care with daily activities and a place to call home you found the perfect community.

My mom moved into Caydance at bit more than 6 months ago. It was a difficult transition for a very independent woman and there have been several complications since the move. However, Caydance was definitely a great choice. The staff have been accommodating and very courteous. From the people at the front desk, to the caregivers, to the director, they greet everyone with a smile, are respectful and treat everyone with dignity. Even though we live out of town, they do their best to keep us up-to-date and respond to my texts and phone calls as soon as practical. As her needs increase, they can them with some limited exceptions. I think we selected the right place.

Everything about caydance is outstanding! We have one family member in memory care and one family member in assisted living, both moved in in June 2023. The management team and staff really care about the residents and work extremely hard to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents. Im always greeted with a smile and hello by staff at caydance. A good indicator of the quality of care is the high occupancy rate at caydance. I highly recommend caydance.

I am a hospice nurse who has been coming to Caydance for almost 2.5 years and I see both memory care and assisted living residents. During this time I've gotten to know many of the caregivers and management team. They have very little turnover which is not very common in assisted living care. Caydance feels like a second home to me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones. They will be very well taken care of.

My Mom has been at Caydance for a year and i am very happy with the care and assistance that she is receiving here. The staff are very friendly and ready to do whatever it takes to support my Mom. Recently I left the country for 3 weeks and felt entirely comfortable in leaving Mom in Caydance's care. The facilities are top-notch and the food and activities are numerous and very good. There are numerous entertainment events for the residents. Everyone at Caydance is very professional and works to keep the residents well taken care of.

Moving Mom to the Caydance Assisted Living facility in Katy Texas has been the right move. Mom has lived there for 5 years. The staff : management, kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, and activity all work to provide mom comfort and understanding. I would recommend this facility.

Caydance has been a positive experience from top to bottom. From Sales, Administration, Business Office, Activities, Caregivers, Maintenance, Food Service, to Nursing/Medication Management. I have dealt with other facilities and it was a difficult decision to place my spouse into a facility, but this has been a good choice. I visit several times a week, and have gotten to know staff and residents. It's much like an extended family.

I have visited all Assisted Living communities on the west side of Houston. This community is very clean, staff is friendly and professional. The Executive Director and Sales Director were very informative and knowledgeable. I recommend giving this community a hard look if you are trying to find a home and community that you will care for you or your loved ones.

Caydance became home to one of my parents about a month ago. From the day we arrived, we have received the most amazing support and care. The nursing team, the administrative team, everyone have been exceptional. The facility is lovely and the food is good. Going to Caydance was the very best decision we made.

My Father in Law moved in about 6 months ago. He’s not always an easy man to deal with, but the staff here have been incredible! Many of my family members have been on different assisted living facilities around Texas over the years. Out of all of them, Caydance has been the most attentive, the most understanding and the most friendly. If you have a parent that is not always the easiest person in the world to live with, give this place a look. They work with his personality and have helped him find a daily routine that works great for him. When there are issues, they are quick to notify us and to work with us to fix them and to help him. We feel he is safe and well taken care of here.

Shannon did a great job of educating us on the breadth and depth of the skills and capabilities of Caydance Assisted Living Facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. A year ago I would have given five stars, but things have changed a lot in the last several months. My mom has had things go missing like clothing and linens, food items and drinks, and even her incontinence supplies and toilet paper. Mom has also been complaining about the food with its lack of seasoning, not always hot, and just very repetitive. She had been there less than a year when her rent was raised over $200/month. While she is well cared for in terms of her health, there's no excuse for theft and unappetizing meals.

Caydance is AMAZING! I just drove my mom across the country moving her from CA to TX after having lived in CA for over 50 years. She was anxious as all get out but it only took a matter of days and shes already settled, happy and adjusted. The people who run the home are so kind; its clean and new; they have a new chef from New Orleans who cooks FANTASTIC food (I was skeptical thinking it would be bland old people food and I was so wrong). It just feels awesome knowing my mom is in the hands of caring staff and that she is happy. I dont think I could ask for anything more. Heres a special shoutout to Helena!!! Shes the sales director and Ive been able to count on her every step of the way getting my mom moved in and settled. Thanks Caydance!!! So... mom has been at Caydance about 4 months now. Overall its beautiful and clean. But on the inside, Im rather disappointed as to how its run. The activities dont always happen. The hair stylist doesnt do a good job and is passive aggressive when addressing the issue. When you express a concern, GOOD LUCK getting it resolved. Im becoming more and more disappointed with the choice I made to place mom here.

My family and I looked at so many places. Im in the hospitality industry so finding the right place and knowing a little of the mechanics behind the operations was probably a different focus for me than most people would have. However, after asking all the tough questions and seeing from outside in the mechanics of it all, we knew - no place other than Caydance would be the right fit. Such a great team!

I walked in, no appointment- to my surprise they were extremely busy. Lots of interaction with all of the residents, also they were going to the movies, they still made time for me. I was so excited to see everything that would be available for my mom and dad. Mom would love it all! Dad would be a little more recluse, however they have a wonderfully active mens program which I know he will enjoy. The community is so quaint, well managed. My mom is fastidious about housekeeping and upkeep, so it was comforting to me to visibly see maintenance visible doing touch up painting and several housekeepers were visible.

My mom has lived in living since the community opened. My favorite team is the current team; they are always available, loving and nurturing to my mom. My mom recently moved from assisted living to memory care and this was such a smooth transition. The timing was everything, they knew the best location for my mom to very little disruption, she loves the smaller environment and she continues to live her life as large as she did in assisted living. Caydance keep loving your residents and my mom!

Our family, there are 4 of us siblings, toured this community at various time of the week and the day; each time we were greeted by nurturing and knowledgeable staff. It makes us kids feel really good, because our mom was not on board moving from her home. But now, several months into it; she is having a great time, she loves her apartment, and she has, new best friends, yes new best friends. We are all celebrate the best decision we could have made for our mom.

A friend of mine I have know through church has had her dad at this community since it opened. She said there are so many positive changes from the time they moved in until now. We toured again, because the first time we thought it was mediocre and move my aunt to another community nearby. But after our recent tour, it felt like home, it was so inviting, the staff was so engaging, and the the resident's activity level was very high. They literally only had one apartment remaining in assisted living, we were fortunate enough to deposit that day. We are so grateful to be apart of this Sagora family.

My brother and I helped my dad find a community for our mother. We all agree that this is the best fit for my mom; our dad visits daily, every meal, loves the environment and the food. We love him having the freedom to come and go. My dad is already considering making the move with my mom. As their two sons this would relieve a lot of stress for us, as we know they would both be happy and happy together.

I toured Caydence and found it to be an excellent facility. I was there about an hour and Helena walked me all over the building, explaining the layout and introducing us to staff. She did an amazing job answering all our questions. The staff were kind and very friendly. They seemed to have a great culture. There was a general atmosphere of caring and kindness, and even the memory care residents seemed content and happy. The apartments were lovely, too. I wouldnt hesitate to place my mother at Caydence. Well done.

Caydance has been a great place for my dad. We recently moved him in to assisted living at Caydance. After a few weeks, the staff noticed my dad was needing more care and attention and it was suggested that he move to memory care. They made the transition smooth and calm for him. Since moving, he has been much calmer and happier. Theyve made him feel useful and needed. The staff is very caring and helpful, not only to the residents, but also to their families. I also love getting pictures of my dad enjoying his days!

I can't say enough good things about this community. I have visited it many times and the team is warm and welcoming. The residents I visit there tell me about how happy they are and how much they appreciate the kindness of all the caregivers. The community is clean and I am always greeted with smiles. The Executive Director and the Resident Services Director are extremely professional and are true leaders in the senior housing industry in Katy.

We toured this community this past weekend, and truly enjoyed our visit; we were greeted warmly at the front by Casey. Our tour with the nurse very nice, the care team were very engaged with the residents. We even saw the maintenance guy busy away tending to details. Very well maintained. We will be back.

Caydance has been a life blessing for our family! They did go through change of staff when Sagora came in. But, it was because Erica and the team that follow had unethical behavior when the new ownership took over. Sagora's programs are amazing, and we endured the change of staff and the community is much better place for our dad because of it. It is warm, friendly, engaging and the Resident Care Director was at another community here in Katy and her reputation for great, compassionate care is outstanding. The care and values of the Executive Director and the Resident Care Director is ingrained into the care associates. You care witness the kindness in each of the staff members. AN AWESOME COMMUNITY - AN APPROACHABLE STAFF.

Soon as i entered the facility on 24802 Kingsland Katy tx. I was greeted by Mrs. Alyssa at the front desk . She was very helpful and very professional at helping me find the room i was looking for, And i was introduced to Ms. Tami Norwood and she showed me all the new things they have at Caydance to a new chef in kitchen, to a work out room, Tool room, and hair salon and barbershop in side of this facility. Everyone in the facility was nice and helpful.

Erica is no longer there. A company called Sagoro(not sure of spelling) bought it. The quality of care dropped for a while but is getting back to where it was. My brother was there and now my mom has been there over a year. She is happy.

We cannot thank Erica and her entire staff for the loving and compassionate care they gave to Mom in her 1 and half years there. We had been at another facility prior to The Orchard and cannot believe they are still in business. Erica doesn't come to work for a paycheck and those are the caliber of employees she hires. The staff are all genuinely caring and loving. The facility is beautiful and well kept. The food is great and the activities are top of the chart.
