Came from Houston,TX with other family to visit my Uncle, James Spencer. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and tidy, my uncle room as well.

That day the staff member was helpful in showing us where we needed to go. I do hope I have a better report on how my dear friends experience. There is someone there that has helped herself to my friend money inside her bag. It wasn't but 5 dollars but is unsettling to say the least. I will be checking on her from time to time. I did see someone peeking in on us while we visited. Hope it was for all the right reason. Blessings on this place. My friend is a wonderful Godly woman known even internationally. Thank you.

Today was my first day visiting anny one at Magnolia Place and I found the staff very helpful and friendly...The place looked very well kept and has a great put door area to read and just soak up some sun..

Magnolia Place and the sister facility, Cypress Place, have been incredibly accommodating to my Mother.She has had some medical changes while she has been a resident and the support staff and medical providers have stepped in to assist her and communicate with us immediately. My father was at other facilities, years ago, and it was a different experience. The staff/resident ratio is much more balanced here and it makes all the difference.

After learning my grandmothers assisted living would be shutting down we called magnolia. Everyone has been so amazing in helping to transition her over and helping us with the transfer! Every staff member we have talked to has been amazing and have really put us ar ease with moving her.

Wanted mom moved to a new room, they had her moved and the man that moved her bed and things did a awesome job found us and told us what he was doing and let us know it was done and asked if there was anything else very helpful and nice.
