Staff here are very nice to the patients. They care about you in your journey to get better. One of the nurses who stands out is Alexandria. She is always in a happy mood, which rubs off on the patients and makes them feel so much better. I also want to thank the therapy room crew. They take their time with every patient and give them the correct exercise for their abilities. Thank you Jada for all the wound care that you gave me during my stay. I appreciate it very much.

Management means well but the dining service is poorly run and executed. Good arrived under temperature, unlike other centers you don't order from a menu with cooked to order meals. The meals are institutionally cooked, and served. Vegetables are over cooked, mushy and bitter. If you are diabetic good luck. I eat peanut butter for at least one meal daily. The one driver for facility is named Mark; he is fabulous. He is only available for medical appointments only Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only 8am to 4pm. You on your own should your appointment run past 3:30pm. Thursday he is available 10 am to 11am for Kroger, Walgreens and the Dollar Store. Friday he is available 10 am to 11 am for Target, Walmart. Any other destination needs you are on your own. The inhouse management staff are affable but their hands are tied. The exercise room is not well equipped and unmonitored, not even a video camera. Nothing provided in the exercise room to sterilize the equipment. This facility came highly recommended unfortunately it has changed ownership and they are marketing on the goodwill earned by the previous owners.

I like everything about living at Treemont. It's clean and orderly, and the service is good. The staff is nice, and the food service is well organized and serves healthy meals. The owners are very accommodating about residents' food preferences. We're close to Memorial City Mall and the emergency room at Memorial Hermann hospital. There are many activities; musical performances, exercise programs, field trips, etc. It's a great value, as well.

My dad lived here for several years; first in independent living with additional support from the on site agency. I selected Treemont for him since he would be able to age in place and avoid the trauma of moving to completely new surroundings. The staff helped move him to assisted living once the time came, and took great care to help him adjust to his new surroundings. When the time came for hospice they helped arrange it and provided all of us with loving and supportive care. It was just the place for my dad.

Treemont is a very loving and inviting community. Every resident I have encountered have nothing but great things to say about their home at Treemont. The staff is always nice and happy to help their residents.

Our mom has been in the same home for 32 years, so I expected it to take a while for her to fully acclimate to her new apartment and all of the new people. However, she is already telling us how much she likes it and wouldnt want to go back to Nacogdoches even if we were giving her that option. Im extremely grateful to have found a place that fits her needs -- some extra support but not assisted living. Rodney, Lupe, Beverly, and everyone we have met have been so friendly and helpful -- I feel good about the transition weve made.

Im currently waiting on an efficiency apartment for my mother and wanted to visit Treemont. Lupe was so great she gave me a tour and answered all my questions. The customer service is excellent, cant wait until my mom moves in.

My father has been at the Tremont Health Care Center for 1 1, 2 years. My sister and I are very pleased with the care he has received at Tremont. The staff is caring and always available for questions. His medical issues have been handled wonderfully. The care during Covid has been amazing. I would highly recommend Tremont.

I have found all the staff to be highly cooperative. From Kelly, Cynthia,Anny, Stacy, Don, Sherrie, Diane and others whose names I cant remember (senior moment!) In any case, all have been responsive to our needs and requests. I know that sometimes it is difficult to provide the care to perfection, but you all come closest of any place we are familiar with through the years. Thanks to all for all your efforts, especially in this covid 19 time.

My father was a resident at Treemont Skilled Nursing Center. He received phenomenal care. Cynthia Lamison, the Executive Director, is amazing. She truly cares about the well-being of her residents and it shows. The staff is wonderful and stay engaged with the residents. I would highly recommend Treemont for your loved ones.

Our visit was great, my mother really enjoyed her visit. Everyone was super friendly. Linda explained everything very well and Myra was great. My mother was looking for an retirement community, that she would feel welcomed. This is the place.

We for a few years had had in home care for my dad. His GP had reached out to me suggesting we might need to look at moving him into Treemont. Before we could make a decision he had had a stroke and they released him into skilled nursing at Treemont, where we had thought was his permanent residence. The physical therapy staff at Treemont was able to work with dad and get him into assisted living at Treemont, which is where he is now. He loves the staff, the food, the care, and is starting to get involved in social activities. I highly recommend Treemont. As I live out of state, they give me a piece of mind. Thank you to their staff.

My father recently transferred from hospital to Treemont and this is my first ever review for any kind of nursing centers. If I will be allowed to give any stars as I wanted, I will give Treemont millions stars. From the first day I stepped into Treemont, everyone were extremely nice and polite, the nurses are very professional and they take good care of everyone and the staffs always smile, foods are excellent for my father. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart to everyone that I know and I hope Treemont will continue the same way forever to help those needed. Thank you.

Our family member was determined to stay in their own home, but health, safety and costs forced the move. We could not have found a better solution under very difficult circumstances. Both my mother and grand mother are here. The place has been wonderful. The food is good and there are a lot of activities. I personally love the chicken salad and go as often as I can for dominoes

My wifes sister and brother -in-law started out as retirement residents at Treemont over 3 years. ago. During the entire time, the staff exhibited an attitude that was supportive and caring. They continued that warm and comforting atmosphere later when they were later placed in skilled nursing and assisted living. Nothing wavered on the care and assurances as their time slipped away. We were very thankful to the staff from the Director to EVERYONE there. The communication was ongoing at every stage, and helped us understand throughout the times when they were going through the changes. This was very helpful to us, and helped us to understand what was going on with the both of them as they faced their final journey. The Treemont was always clean, the food and service was better than we expected. There are not enough words to say Thank You to the folks at Treemont.
