Visited a resident friend for two days. There are excellent guest apartments. Enjoyed several exceptional meals. The staff throughout proved both professional and thoughtful. Residents of the independent living area seemed to enjoy living there. Truly a five star experience for me.

The directors are clueless, the assisted living & memory care manager is incompetent, and the care the team tries to provide daily is awful. I will mention there are several good staff members; however, the issue I see is their management is terrible. The administration does not provide basic training for its staff & contractors. The building is beautiful.

I am still waiting for my furniture but the staff is very nice. My new neighbors and front desk told me how to open and lock my door. My sister-in-law were impressed with my apartment and the building. Martijn Hoffmans and Kris vet nice.

One of the mercies of my mother’s very difficult final year was my finding the memory care unit of Tradition Buffalo Speedway for her placement. It is a beautiful, beautifully kept, and spacious new facility (which does matter). More importantly, I found the staff to be kind, compassionate, and alert to my mother’s needs. To a person, they went out of their way to keep my mom comfortable, active, and feeling loved. They communicated with me honestly and thoughtfully at all times. I don’t know how Tradition has been able to assemble such a great team in every corner. My mom was in deep distress when I moved her from a competing facility to Tradition. The change in her comportment and behavior was almost instantaneous. There is something very calming and reassuring about the environment at Tradition, And my mom responded very well to it. The loving attention she got was a big part of that change. The enormous semi- outdoor space on the memory care floor was my favorite place to visit my mother. It makes a huge difference for the less mobile population. The sheer size of the facility also allows the staff to separate their residents having a bad moment or day, without isolating them. I have a few quibbles, but they fade to insignificance in the end. I will be forever grateful to Tradition for their care of my mother.

Meg and I have lived here almost two years. The residents are warm and friendly with wonderfully varied backgrounds and interests. The staff is professional and caring. They really seem to enjoy serving the residents and making us feel comfortable in these beautiful surroundings. Activities are well thought out and fun.

My life partner has lived in the memory care unit for nearly 5 months. Through this difficult time with Covid and a growth in residents, the management continues to hire and train staff of high quality who genuinely care for the residents and treat them with dignity.

My mom is thriving in Assisted Living at The Tradition. She engages in a variety of daily activities, enjoys the elegant atmosphere and raves about the delicious meals. She and her fellow residents have their meals together in the dining room complete with white table clothes and beautifully plated fare. The food is truly top notch (I've eaten there myself). The residents laugh a lot together (I've seen it first hand) and get a kick out of being around each other. She loves her beautiful apartment and I love that she is in a safe, stimulating environment. The staff go the extra mile to know residents and family members - and help them all feel valued. They plan creative activities (such a wide variety), bring in entertainment and offer something for everyone. At 81 and after a series of unexpected health issues, I am so grateful that mom is enjoying her life fully again. She is only too happy to make new friends so please do consider having your loved one at The Tradition's Assisted Living.

Our mother has received excellent care at Tradition and our family feels very fortunate for the very able and compassionate staff at this facility. She has stabilized and improved since she moved to Tradition and after visiting us , often says that she is ready to go home. She has been in Memory Care for the past 2 and a half years. The Director of Memory Care and the Directors of Nursing have been accessible, professional and very understanding and compassionate. Clear and honest flow of information is essential. Be sure to give a thorough history of your beloved family member, mother, father, brother or sister, and that helps to create a good plan. Five stars.

Called in for “care team” meeting (consisted of 3 administrators and a new nurse). Told my mother needed assisted living or memory care. We were paying for independent room, so I wanted to stay there until I could make a permanent decision. I would stay with my mom in addition I would hire 24/7 licensed care (I am a board certified physician). I not only told I couldn’t stay, abut also Randy, the vp, would call adult protective service. I would be very careful here. They use intimidation and bullying and disguise it is patient care.

This place is very very nice for ones 55+. Took a tour and it was like paradise. They have everything they want and need. Never have to leave. Meals provided activities exercise card game room pool etc.

Well thought out elegant master planned community. These residents are great - they all have each others best interest at heart. They are very interactive and social. Food is savory and they offer anything from different fitness activities, movies in the theater, book clubs, arts and crafts, social outings and much more. The level of positive energy throughout the community as a whole makes a huge impact on the level of comfort the residents have, its such a jubilant and stimulating place to call home.

Beautiful retirement living. Serene surroundings with interior courtyards and water fountains. Plenty of community spaces - game rooms, theater, library, big fitness areas, indoor pool - all the amnesties youd think of. Fine dining in multiple venues. Check it out.
