I am very proud to be a resident of OAK SHADOWS APARTMENTS. And I can say that although the apartments aren't the latest model, they are a place where you can live peacefully. Everyone seeks a place of joy, peace, and happiness, and that's what I want to tell people, especially the new residents who are about to move in: OAK SHADOWS APARTMENTS has an excellent staff who answer all your questions and attend to all your needs, including a young lady named Sabrina, who serves as the manager. I have a very high opinion of her. She is someone who works at this apartment complex, and I have witnessed firsthand how, during her time here, I have seen improved maintenance, a greater number of residents moving in, and the apartments are more presentable, cleaner, and more attractive. All of this is thanks to the wonderful attitude of Sabrina, who, along with her office and cleaning staff, is doing a fantastic job at OAK Shadows Apartments. The manager of this property is very rude, ill-mannered, and unprofessional. When she walks around the property and we want to ask her something, she ignores us, keeps walking, and speaks to us in English as if we're going to understand. On the contrary, the other girl who's with her, a blonde (I don't know her name), stops and politely tells us that if we have a question, we should go to the office, something the manager has to do. But she doesn't do it. And when we go to the office, she doesn't see us; we have to make an appointment. As if she were a doctor! A horrible person.

I just moved into the apartment 4 days ago and I have spoke to a lady Sabrina that was in the office who was very good to us like a tenant supposed to be treated since we moved in we are very satisfied what's the outcome thank you Sabrina for all your help may God bless you

I can say that the property is fine and quiet. It depends on how well you take care of your own house or apartment. I was a neighbor of that Mrs. Martinez, and she didn't mention having two large dogs. About ten people lived in the apartment, and if she didn't watch the dogs when they went outside to relieve themselves, I don't want to imagine what was happening inside. But anyway, everyone has their own opinion. What I can say is that they have a good rent, and from there, it's also your responsibility to take care of it. I do recommend it.

I live here and I can say that before it was very bad, there were gunshots, but now that all the staff has changed, it's a bit calmer. The girls in the office are very kind and help us with whatever we need. Today I renewed with Marisol, a very good and kind person. If you need an apartment, come see her; she has a very nice manner.

I currently live here and I have 3,4 months already and they haven't fix my ac since I moved in and I stay calling to the office so they can come fix my apartment and stuffs and I don't get a hold of nobody could please somebody point me at owner emails or somebody who would actually care for the attendez at this apts !!!
