Firstly, the location is perfect for me to walk to H-Mart and Chinatown. Secondly, hotel front desk staff are quite warm hearted to help me with everything. Finally, the room is tidy and the bed is comfortable. What's more, the price is good. I will definitely come back.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The check-in process at the front desk was fast and efficient, and he also thoughtfully provided me with local travel suggestions. Check-in was a breeze, and they were all smiles and super helpful. The location couldn't be better – close to everything I wanted to see, so it was easy to get around and explore. Plus, the hotel has a great pool and gym, which made the stay even better. But honestly, the staff is what really stood out. Everyone I talked to was friendly and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have an awesome experience. Stayed there for nearly one year, in this area, probably safest and the best place to stay. They have security guard during night time and visitors are mainly from asian community, students or elderly people. They have some pets issues but they do their best to prevent them. Receptionists are very friendly, Victoria and Carina were the best.

I stayed here for one month and honestly it was a pretty good stay. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The thing was the staff changed every week meaning they would quit and new staff would start. I think they went through four new people in that month. Regardless, though for me, they made my day enjoyable. Chinatown is not my cup of tea area but if you're trying to stay in this area, this hotel is pretty good. I would totally come back if I wanted to be in that part of town.

Helpful reception staff & good location for KMart supermarket & nearby to Little Saigon for all the delicious ready made takeout dinners. Booked for 1 week & extended our stay to 3 weeks at Relux. Thank you to Sophia & staff as any requests where granted to make our stay very comfortable. Whilst there Pest Control conducted their service & pool cleaning regularly serviced also. Would recommend for any short stay whilst in Houston. We also experienced Hurricane Beryl & staff managed to accommodate as best they can with NO Power for 2 days. Overall a great stay in Westchase. Thank You Relux! Rooms: Full kitchen & constant ice maker in fridge. Comfortable lounge area. Nearby activities: Banks, Retail, supermarket, Chinese & Vietnamese restaurants walking distance. Food & drinks: Ample in Westchase & Little Saigon minutes away. Good bakery walking distance.

The safety and convenience here are definitely the first choice, and it is especially convenient for Chinese people to shop. The surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are basically just a few minutes away. After living here for three months, I got to know every staff member here. They are very nice, patient, meticulous, and will provide you with a lot of thoughtful help! Especially the two front desk ladies from Beijing and Guangzhou, their work is very good I will stay here again next time in Houston!

Very nice place for a short, mid, or even long term stay. Our room came with a kitchenette. The building is quiet, well maintained, and clean. Lin, who was working front desk during our stay, was always professional, super helpful and friendly. We will definitely consider Relux again for any future stays in Houston.

Excellent Air BNB located in the heart of Houston Chinatown! The staff are bilingual (English and Mandarin), very professional, responsive and helpful. This is a safe gated community with a mature clientele. Very peaceful environment with a beautiful array of common spaces enjoyed by the residents. The location is central, and one can walk to H-Mart Supermarket and many restaurants and dessert shops located just behind the building. Highly recommend!!

Good: 1-convenient location to many good Asian restaurants 2-secure parking. Bad: 1-many washing machines are out of order at least half of the time 2-cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom from time to time 3-sewage odor in bathroom, especially during rainy days 4-staff kind of creepy and nosy, occasionally racist remarks. (Not sure out of poor culture sensitivity or just don't care)

Overall the place was really clean, it looks new and updated like the photos however, this place had more signs telling us of the up charges for things or even fines if certain things were not put back in their place than any place I have ever seen. Literally signs all over the place. First of all, check in at other places it's usually at 3:00, I showed up at 3:00 hoping they would allow me to check in early, especially since very few people were there and they quickly obliged only they wanted to charge me $30 to do so which I thought was absurd. They have signs posted all over the hotel telling you about all of the fees if you don't throw your trash away, or clean your room, etc. Website said there was FREE laundry except you have to pay a fee for that. They should know they can't just charge you any fee they want because they think they can. Their front door remains locked so all your guest have to check in at the font desk. Lastly, check out is early at 10 a.m. instead of the typical 11:00 a.m. or noon you would experience at other hotels. Overall the place was very clean but way too strict with too many signs and too many fees for miscellaneous things, so we won't be back.

The facilities are complete: swimming pool, self-service barbecue area, leisure area, gym and laundry room, book bar, everything is available. The service staff are great, from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance and security staff. The location is also good, right next to Houston's Chinatown, and it's only a two- to three-minute walk to the business district. It's very convenient for shopping, eating, pharmacies, and even barbers and family clinics. The biggest feature is that there are many Chinese staff, so communication is easy and has no barriers!

I stayed there for 2 months. It was a great stay. It is in the heart of Chinatown and has a gated parking so it is super safe. Lot of shops, and restaurants within less than 1 mile. There is also a lot of space to work, have meeting or study if you need to. I actually extended my 1 month stay to a 2 months stay because the environment was great for studying! It is pretty quiet too, you hardly hear a thing from your room. But if you like the noise you can hang in the common area watch TV and so on. The staff is also very kind, helpful and pretty accomodating. I felt welcomed my whole stay and had zero issues. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the place so all in all I 100% recommend.
