Griswold service was excellent. Priscilla helped us find caregivers on short notice after our father needed time to recover from an illness. All of the staff was professional, courteous and caring. I have been using Griswold for 2 months. What a great service. the schedulers both week and weekend are amazing and always keep you informed what is going on. We had an emergent change and they quickly adjusted to my request. In addition they work diligently to try to find best fit caregivers. They listen to feedback an make changes accordingly. Easy to reach 24-7. I am a PT and ironically work in peoples homes with many caregivers . I am very pleased with quality of caregivers and the team approach. They follow through with requests and handle my very anxious mother extremely well with respect and compassion.

I cannot say enough good things about Griswold. We used them for 3 months until my mother required a medical facility. Ashley worked diligently to help me find the best fit for 24-7 caregivers for my mother. Once we had a great crew, Ashley would let me know if there were any changes. Thankfully, that didnt happen often. Even during the freeze, they were able to provide someone when needed. Their 24 hour notification policy worked well for any family events or changes we need to make. Her caregivers came with her to family functions so that everyone could have a good time. They even attended doctor appointments. I could drop them off at the door and I could park the car with no worries. They were trained to deal with any difficulty my mother threw their way and handled her with compassion and kindness. It was a gift that I never had to worry about my mothers safety when they were on the job. The caregivers worked to learn my mothers favorite foods-snacks, TV shows and hobbies. They would join in she she wanted and give her plenty of space when she needed it. They work well to solve any concerns that may arise. I would definitely use them again.

We used Griswold for both of my parents. The first time was an emergency. They were able to get someone within less than 12 hours. It was a blessing. Everyone they sent were wonderful. They care for my parents, cook, and clean. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are fantastic. Kassy was wonderful with my dad. She took great care of him. He asks me about her all the time. Most of my friends tell me it takes several care givers to find the right one. With Griswold, anyone they sent would be a perfect permanent caregiver. I highly recommend them.

My family would like to extend a BIG THANK YOU to the Griswold Home Care family! I call them a family because thats exactly how they treated us. After a less than satisfactory experience with another agency, we decided to give Griswold a try to help with our 92 year old mother (who after suffering a broken leg in a fall and also a small stroke, was somewhat diminished in her capacity to care for herself). From the initial meeting with the Griswold representative, to the writing of the care plan and the meticulous effort put in to finding the perfect caregivers to work with us, Griswold performed at a 5 STAR LEVEL the entire way! There was constant communication from our Care Coordinator, Ashley Deleon who worked tirelessly to ensure that our needs were met. While every caregiver we encountered showed kindness and compassion to our mother (as well as to our special needs younger brother who lives under our mothers care), I would be remiss if I did not mention the stellar care that was provided by our 2 primary caregivers, Katina Jenkins and Emma Jones. We could not hope to find 2 more loving souls in which to charge with our mothers care. We could rest easy during the night knowing that these ladies were keeping watch. They both went above and beyond to keep us apprised of not only any medical complications but also the great progress our mother was making. I truly believe their love and care contributed tremendously to our mothers rehabilitation. While we will miss seeing all of the caregivers who helped during this difficult time, I am happy to report that our mother is now able to care for herself again. I know I speak for my entire family when I say if there is ever a need in the future for additional care, Griswold Home Care will be the only call we make! THANK YOU AGAIN! - The Fleming Family

These people are truly superheroes! My 94 year old mother was reaching the end of her life and because of COVID-19 I chose to bring her into my home to care for her instead of putting her into a nursing facility. I had no idea what I was doing, but the Hospice provider recommended Griswold, so I gave them a call and I am so very glad that I did! I live alone and work full-time, so I needed someone to stay with Mom during the week. The two women that come during the week are great! Sandra and Sherne each come on different days, but are the true super heroes! Sandra has years of experience in health care and can do everything that the hospice nurses do. She is delightful and not only takes care of Mom, but also takes care of things around the house, so I dont have to do them. She takes care of Mom and I both. And so does Sherne. Sherne comes during the week and then for an hour on Saturday and Sunday. She is an absolute jewel. Very organized, clean and thorough and knows just what to do to make Mom comfortable. They keep the laundry clean and the house smells fresh. I trust them completely and know that while I am away everything is being taken care of just as if I was there. I cant say enough about this organization. The administrators are fabulous and their prices are very fair, especially for all that you are getting. If you or a loved one need a caregiver, please give them a call. You will be so glad that you did! Highly recommended!

I was very reluctant to use a Home Care Agency and put it off like forever as wanted to take care of my husband myself. We did have Home Health and our nurse recommended Griswold Home Care as knew Brenda personally. I still put it off but finally decided I needed to get back in the world a bit and resume some of my visits with my therapy dog to hospitals and nursing homes so met with Brenda and was convinced immediately. She is the most compassionate person ever. During the two months we had Griswold, I was MORE THAN PLEASED with ALL the Caregivers - Rafoela and Gloria were the best ever! Unfortunately we entered the Hospice world two months ago so am not leaving the house as want to share all possible remaining lucid moments with him during this last chapter. I would not hesitate to recommend Griswold Home Care to anyone.

God blessed our family with the special care givers that Griswold provided for my brother. He was a Vietnam vet with many issues but the caregivers took time to listen to him and understand his frustrations and anger. He died of lung cancer and they were with him through the end crying at his death. What wonderful caring people. Being new to the home care industry, I was a little hesitant about what to expect and the quality of care my dear family members would receive. I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and service provided by not only Brenda Gross (Director) but all 4 of the caregivers (Jackie, Mary, Silvia, and Rusty) who have been in my home to date.
