The staff are also nice and good about notifying me when anything happens with my uncle. They have also been good about accommodating the hourly schedule we have requested. I hired Avid and their team of caregivers for my mother over a year and a half ago. We were very nervous to have anyone come into our home. My mother had to be the worse client as she was so mean to everyone. To my surprise the team was so patient and walked us through this hard time. We must have changed caregivers 4 or 5 times and they just worked with all of our crazy wishes. We highly recommend them and the company.

I meet with the owner at a senior conference and she took the time to explain the senior citizen services that my mom could benefit from. My mom has limited financial resources and she took us on as a client working with our budget. We are thankful for this but even more thankful for the care that mom has received. My family appreciates the communication with the offices and we feel like family. I rarely make reviews but we don’t know how to repay this company for the help with our mom. Highly Recommend them.

I would be lost without the wonderful people at AVID. They could hear how scared I was when I called the first time and they got me help the very next day. My Mother's caregiver is a perfect match and fits in with our nutty family just fine. She has even taught me a few tricks of the trade! Avid Home Care provided excellent care for my mother-in-law who had Alzheimer's and was bed bound. I highly recommend the team as they had been great with my loved ones from the moment, she met them. They love her! The owner Candace has really impressed our family in the way she kept us informed and calls with concerns. Also, she provides much more than just sitter care. She offers games, exercise, and art activities. She does laundry, dishes, vacuums, and even cooks! Thank you, Candace and team! You are such a blessing!

Candace and her team took care of my uncle after a nasty fall he had at his house. We were on the other side of town and could not get to him on a daily basis. The team was amazing, keeping him happy and clean. The caregiver would stop by Wendy's to get him his favorite frosty on a regular basis. He had to go to a Nursing Home for 3 weeks and they picked up right where they left off. Highly recommend them for services.

I contacted Avid in an emergency to assist with my mother during a very stressful time in my life. They were a life saver. The team at Avid we’re lifesaver to me and my family. My mother got sick and I received the referrall from her Nursing Home. They were amazing and I called on them when my brother was sick.
