They have helped me with my husband when it got to a point where I could not do it all and needed someone to help me so that I could run errands etc. and just needed some time with friends. Every step of this has been very easy. From the initial visit to allowing people in our home 2 days a week. The care givers have been super good with my husband. They take him for walks and make sure he is doing all he can to get better. It is great to feel like I can leave him in such caring hands for several hours a week.

The Owners are the team working there would talk to you with respect, they don't dispise the little effort you contributed to the welfare of their Clients. So caring that when I was on admission in the hospital, a representative came, brought me flowers with get well soon care. Wrabel family called from time to time to ask about how I was doing even our supervisor Ms Paula Smith. I was even helped financially to pay for my bills, was treated as part of the family. Did not leave me alone until my resumption back to work. I pray God will help and take you to a higher realms in Jesus precious name. Amen.

On short notice our family was faced with a need for health care assistance for my mom. We had read some positive reviews on AYS and I called Rudy. He sent an assessment coordinator that same day and were prepared to start providing care the very next day. What a blessing this was. . Every time I called Rudy he either answered or returned my call the same day, often within the hour. Their service is unmatched in my opinion, truly more than I ever expected. Quickly my mother became attached to Millicent and AYS arranged for her to become my moms primary care giver. Millicent was nothing less than a miracle worker. She is so kind and truly has a passion for helping people. Faith in their office provided so much help with our insurance forms making sure they were filed correctly. We are very grateful for AYS and would certainly call them again should the need arise.

This service is great and really saved our family. My mother and father in law would not have been able to stay in their home for as long as they did if it were not for this service. They were also very accommodating to schedule changes. Also, this service has some really wonderful staff. My mother in law has Alzheimer's and they were amazing working with her condition. I do not recommend their services. You may or may not get a good care giver that understands and speaks English. We got lucky that the first care giver assigned was wonderful but, when they sent a replacement for a day that care giver couldn't come, the replacement was terrible. If there was a time when the assigned care giver couldn't come, I told them not to send a replacement anymore. Another big issue for me was their inaccurate invoices. They consistently overbilled for time not worked. I learned that they don't bill based on the care giver's time sheet. They bill whatever they want and it's up to you to notify them of the actual time worked. It's only after you notify them of the incorrect billing that they bother to look at the employee's time sheet to verify the hours worked. I notified them more than once that I want to be billed correctly and for the actual time worked but they continued to overbill, after they told me they would bill based on the employee's time sheet. They even billed for Monday, July 5, when their employee didn't work because July 4 fell on a Sunday and the employee took Monday off for the holiday. When I contacted them about billing for a day that the care giver didn't even come, their response was "oh yes, we were supposed to take that off". Just today, I received an invoice from them for the first week of August, which was the last 2 days the care giver worked and, it was wrong! The care giver quit working for this company after the first week of August. If they handle their employees the way they handle their clients, it's no wonder they quit working for them. I only continued doing business with them because of the one care giver but, since she no longer works there, I found other arrangements for my mother. Actually, her quitting was a blessing in disguise because I found someone else to do business with for a lower hourly rate. This company is very expensive. My experience with their management staff shows they are unconcerned about providing good customer service. You would think after numerous emails, complaining about the overbillings, they would make an effort to invoice correctly. They never did. I guess they count on people not looking at the details on the invoice and just paying the amount invoiced. I hope this review saves at least one person from paying more than they received care for.

Christina reliably arrived to help my mother-in-law three days a week and has been a blessing over the last several months. Mary, my mother-in-law, adores Christina and looked forward to every visit. When my father ended up in an Assisted Care facility, I was living across the country. While the facility and staff were fantastic, they werent able to spend long periods of time with my father. When someone recommended At Your Side Home Care, I had my answer. They were able to provide caring staff to sit with my father and comfort him. It was such a relief to me to know that he wasnt alone, and there were people to provide him such an important thing as caring attention. I was hired as caregiver with AT YOUR SIDE about two years ago. It has been a delightful experience with them. Working with a team of core professionals has exposed me to a higher realm of caregiving. The compassion and empathy from the management towards the Clients that need care and Staff that render care is just astonishing.
